Maybe there was a cancellation. It's really pretty inside and there's lovely seating outside too with trees that were beautifully lit. We were at a high top where it's not as pretty, so we'll just have to make reservations further ahead of time to be seated in the main dining room. We split 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert. We finished all of it. Here's what we got: - Carciofi alla Giudea ($13): The fried artichoke hearts with the garlic aioli were so delicious. - Caprese con Burrata ($16): Good, we think it would've been even better with balsamic glaze. - Gnocchi con Pomodoro e Panna, add Chicken ($21 + $7 for chicken): The sauce was soo delicious. While we normally prefer our gnocchi crispy on the outside, this was so good. - Parmigiana di Melanzane ($27): Good! There was some peel left on the eggplant that was really hard and inedible, but besides that, nice flavor! The spaghetti was good too. We wished they offered chicken parm, but that wasn't on the menu. - Gelato ($6): We got one scoop of the Hazelnut Nutella gelato and true to its name, it was very heavy on the hazelnut flavor. Very creamy and tasty though! We had a great experience here! Reasonably priced, good food. We'll be back!

This place is hard to miss as it's right on Roswell Rd. There is complimentary valet parking available, but there's also free parking at a deck just a few steps away from the restaurant entrance. We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in and the restaurant was already very busy for a Saturday 6 pm dinner. Our server was fine, and the food was decent. I opted for the blackberry fiz mocktail, which was super sweet at first, but with a good mix, it was super refreshing. For starters, we shared the eggplant balls (a must get here!) and the bread service. The eggplant balls were definitely shareable and were probably our favorite thing we ate. The bread service you could probably skip - we wish it was served with vinegar instead of just oil and an olive tapenade. For entrees, I ordered one of the dinner specials, grilled branzino served with broccolini and potatoes. My husband ordered the ravioli. I really enjoyed the branzino, it was tender and the skin was cooked crispy. I loved that the broccolini was charred enough, but wish the potatoes were cooked a bit more. The capers added the needed saltiness to the dish, though I wish this was served with lemon or something to balance out the flavors. My husband enjoyed his ravioli but found it too heavy with the cream sauce. We thought this was a decent place for dinner, but nothing really stood out besides the eggplant balls.

I had the nonalcoholic Just Peachy cocktail which was bright, fruity, and had a spiciness from the ginger beer. The table shared some appetizers: the white truffle garlic bread, the arancini, and the zucca chips were all tasty and the portions were large enough for sharing. For an entree I chose the trottole chicken pesto. It came in a bowl and it was a little too dark in the dining room to see the components. However the dish was delicious and I ate all of it. I especially liked the crunchy pine nuts among the soft pasta and the flavorful pesto. I didn't really detect any chicken although I'm sure it was there; it just wasn't noticeable in the taste. I was too stuffed to have dessert this time, but next time I visit I want to try the Hazelnut Torta or the Salted Caramel Budino. This was a nice place for a book club meeting. Just as we were starting to complain the food came out. However we had been waiting for refills on our glasses of wine for more than 15 minutes. The refills finally came out several minutes after the food arrived. Had the waitress arrive without the drinks I was ready to cancel them. Two of us had the Bolognese and one of us had the chicken Parmesan. I don't recall the third meal, but it was also a meat sauce and noodle meal. The Bolognese consisted of thick bready noodles with no flavor whatsoever and very little meat and tomato sauce. I had to pick through the noodles to get a little bit of meat sauce. I was told the chicken Parmesan had little or no flavor. And was really just a big plate full noodles and breaded chicken with some tomato sauce and calories. The meal was over $400 for four people so I expected much more than what we got. We all agreed that we would not be back. it's a nice looking trendy restaurant, but food and Service has a long ways to go.

Food was fresh, hot, and plentiful; even the warm rolls were amazing though next time I'd get the Italian bread with vinegar and olive oil for a more authentic experience. Our meal started out with house salad, Ceasars salad, meatballs, and bruschetta. The salads were fresh, meatballs large and moist, and bruschetta heavily topped though stayed crisp. For our entrees we had perfectly cooked grilled salmon, Rigatoni D, absolutely wonderfully prepared Chcken Parmesan, and Filet medallions (my least favorite as they were served medium well rather than my preferred medium rare). Overall, these entree selections were well balanced, complimented each other, and were deliciously satisfying. Desserts were our of this world. The ice cream topped Crisp Apple Tostada was on point! Tiramisu was better than most I've tried recently, creamy filling with just the right amount of coffee flavor. My absolute favorite was the strawberry cheesecake so creamy and tasty! Thankfully we were smart enough to not select Moma Nona's lemon cookies. I know, 5 stars is high but there is no choice for 4.5. This meal beats our recent outings to Ruth's Chris, Flemings, and Capital Grill largely due to the well prepared food variety in a casual relaxed atmosphere. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and I had the Our Famous Rigatoni "D"®--and wow... it was one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a long time! I was able to enjoy the leftovers for days, and I got so many comments about how amazing it looked and smelled. I still dream about it! We took our cheesecake to go since we were so full, and it was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The service was outstanding, and our waiter made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a birthday cookie platter.
