I visited Bucharest Grill on Jefferson for my lunch today 4/12/19 and ordered an TRISH salad which comes with fresh mixed VEGGIES, feta and Beef. My salad was filled with meat (which was great) but VERY LITTLE veggies and the veggies are half of the salad!! I sat down to eat and after a fork full I discovered it was mostly meat, so I closed it up and called the store to inform the staff of my disappointment. I spoke to the store Manager MIke, and was told that IF I did not have the physical Receipt and had eaten ANY AT ALL it was nothing he could do for me although I was in the system and had just picked it up! I couldn't believe the store manager handled his customers in this manner, needless to say I will not be returning or referring anyone. Not at all good business!!! read more

I'm at the location in Detroit on East Jefferson. The food is good, but the ladies taking the orders are very curt, snappy and lack basic customer skills. If you want your business to thrive at this location, I would strongly suggest you hire or train your wait staff to be more congenial. I hesitated going there today since I've experienced this rude behavior on a few other occasions, but enough is enough. read more
