This is my second trip to Torneau in Wailea, and my experience here has been nothing short of spectacular each time. My sales associate, Ryan Nakamura, has been an 11 out of 10 each time. He's been able to help me find amazing earrings for my wife for the last 2 years, and also helped me obtain two of the steel GMTs on my wish list within a short time frame of being on island both times. Nothing but positive feedback from me, specifically with Spencer. This review is coming from someone, who visited Wailea Tourneau - Bucherer 4 years ago. When I initially visited this location, I had actually called in and spoke to Spencer. Upon speaking to Spencer, he made me aware of the shortage of watches, but that he would try to accommodate me. During my first visit to Wailea, no watch was offered, but I was greeted with friendly faces and left with a positive feeling that at some point they would call me. I came back to Wailea a year later, and unfortunately nothing was offered in that visit either, but at this point I had already accumulated several of the watches that were on my list. Fast forward to a few months ago, I called Spencer once again, spoke to him and to my surprise he remembered me.. mind you, this location gets bombarded with tourist every day. So this was a pleasant surprise. I had advised him that a lot of the pieces I was requesting before, I have already purchased. But I had 2 watches I was looking for this year, to add to my growing collection. I told him id be back in town during Memorial Day weekend. Here we are today, and a few days before landing Spencer gave me a call, telling me that the piece I requested will be available. I was truly surprised, happy and excited to get this new piece. Spencer went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great visit. I was joined by my daughter, whom he brought out some gifts for. The first conversation I had with Spencer, I told him that I would love to purchase a Rolex from Wailea, as it is truly a special place to my wife and I. So thank you Spencer for allowing me to get this special piece, from this special island that means the world to my family and I. If you're looking for a watch from this location, just be honest, be patient, and most of all be friendly. Not all Rolex stores get many allocations. It was my 10 year wedding anniversary and my wife and I decided to renew our vows in Maui where we originally got married. A friend of mine mentioned buying a time piece at Tourneau and said they were great to work with. I've been on the 5+ year waitlist at my local AD for a GMT BLNR. I phoned the Tourneau shop and gave Spencer my preferred time pieces. A day later, Spencer and Casey notified me that they did not have a GMT, but had a DJ that another customer could not commit to purchasing . Needless to say, I went to check it out and it was def a piece I would add to my collection. This was my 1st Rolex purchase and I didn't have to wait for an eternity. Don't bother... It was my husband's birthday. We just had a great lunch at Mama's Fish House. We decided to stop by Wailea shops to do a little shopping. We love watches. We have 23 watches between us. Rolex, Patek Philippe, Panerai, Brietling, Cartier, Omega, Tiffany etc. I told my husband I'll meet him at this store since I wanted to get my wedding rings and jewelry cleaned at Tiffany. I walked in and my husband was looking at the CPO Rolex and liked one of the watches. The salesman (middle-aged Asian man wearing glasses and signature loafers) was rude. He didn't even want to be closed to me or my husband and really didn't want to sell. I am not sure why he even works there. Oh well. It would have been nice to buy my husband his birthday present but we need to wait to get back to the mainland. Better customer service. You just lost a $30k sale. read more

I picked up an item from Tournea and experienced excellent customer service during my visit. Firstly Casey was easy to communicate with via text, even on her day off, and she made arrangements for the item to be ready for my visit. I recently purchased a CPO watch. The receipt says I have 7 days to exchange or receive credit. I I understand I cannot return the watch for a refund. I went back within 3 days of purchase and wanted to return the watch for credit towards a purchase of another watch. The store manager said CPO watches cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. We stopped at Tourneau and were shocked that they only had 3 Rolexes for sale. They have a great selection of watches that you're able to try on and "experience". While I was trying on some watches I mentioned to them I was really in the market for a Milgauss and they said they could take my name down in case they get one while I'm on the island. The next day Casey gave me a call and said they got one in and they set it aside for me. I didn't start the trip planning to buy a watch but the stars aligned and I couldn't be happier. Really poor experience with inattentive and rude sales staff. My wife and I walked in, both wearing Rolex watches, and asked about the several exhibition pieces on display. They had an exo piece that was the exact configuration I am on the list for at several other ADs. They basically scoffed at us and said no and directed us towards their extensive and overpriced pre-owned section. They would hardly even engage us. Not really sure why there are so many negative 1 star reviews. We all understand the "shortage" of watches being allocated at the end of the day, not everyone is going to get a watch on the spot and it's not on the sales person to decide/allocate. That being said.... during the summer of 2021, I walked into this location with flip flops and a tank top, sweating uncontrollably. Christy Sweeney took the time to help me out, got my name on a waitlist, showed me time pieces that would best fit me based on my lifestyle. I've had many conversations and kept in touch with her since, she's awesome. Just because you're not getting a watch when you arrive for your first visit, or getting your expectation of a "VIP" treatment does not warrant a 1 star review. This Tourneau location is honestly one of the best and most friendly AD's i've been to in my honest opinion. I've had a variety of experiences at Rolex ADs, most have which been condescending. I will say I honestly enjoy coming here every time we visit from LA because Ryan Nakamura is a legit guy to work with. He's super courteous and transparent. I don't feel like I'm being talked down to and we usually just shoot the breeze for about half an hour every time. If you're looking for a sports model Rolex, it's going to be challenging no matter where you go given the demand, but at least here Ryan makes you feel like a human being. read more

I have purchased a few Rolex watches from local ADs (in Los Angeles), and I have been on the waiting list for a few years, but I haven't had success with LA dealers. While I was in Maui, I decided to stop by to see if they had any Rolex watches available. As was expected, only the exhibit items were on display, and the stock was low. Casey, who greeted me, asked what I was looking for and asked that I leave my name and phone number. I left the store without any hope and pretty much forgot about it. Several days later, Casey contacted me to inform me they had the piece I had been looking for for several years. Even though I had no intention of buying a watch on this trip, I am very happy I did!
