I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options. I will start out by saying their food is very good. Terrible, terrible service. I am a local and have never experienced such rude staff anywhere in town. The person I was with ordered a side with her sandwich, when asked where her side was the server said "yeah I didn't hear you order that". I said I was right next to her the entire time she ordered, can you please bring her chips. He said yeah you're absolutely not getting chips and walked away. And I have a service animal (we were eating outside on the patio) and the server rudely asked what service does your animal provide you? You're legally not allowed to ask that question. I work at an outdoor restaurant, it's Colorado state law. But he made me remove my animal anyways. Can happily say I will never return to this business because of the service. Being in the industry, that's not how you treat customers. Hope that guy doesn't work there too much longer. read more

My girlfriend was born in Cuba - she's got some built-in cred when it comes to evaluating the authenticity of Cuban food. She says Buchi is serving up some of the best and most authentic Cuban-style sandwiches and coffee she's seen (tasted) in the states. I always search then menus online before we go eat, for a few different reasons and this one seemed to have what we wanted. Just a quick easy bite and we're on the road again. . first off the coffee was to die for. I wish I would have gotten a bag of beans to go. It's the owners blend and so good.
