Solid Cuban. Really wish the prices was not 15$ for a sammy but like it's tasty. Its a cuban. And the 8.95$$ for a singular empanada.. again good but like... pricey! BUT THE GREEN SAUCE THEY GIVE YOU... DRINK IT. ITS SO GOOD. but also wish they didn't charge extra if you wanted a bonus sauwce..

Everyone was super friendly and it was quiet and cozy. I got there when it opened and spoke with the owner, Kim, and she gave me some history on the place. I got a bacon egg and cheese but they are known for their cuban sandwiches. Highly recommend coming for lunch!

Stopped in for a bite to eat, and the food was pretty good. Not the best Cuban, but definitely worth a try. It is an order at the counter and they bring it to you type of place. Ordered a Pan Con Lecheon, and a dark and stormy. Both were tasty. Service was quick and efficient. There aren't any sides to order, so really all you get is a sandwich. No beans, plantains, or other kinds of sides to go with your sandwich. Worth a stop if you want a decent Cuban sandwich.

Delicious! Center of downtown, walk-up to outdoor counter to order, sit inside or out. Would return!

Delicious food, the avocado salad has a delicious sauce, mixes well with $5 rice and beans. Yummy! Great background music too. Enjoyed it!

Although it was a quick lunch I noticed that customers love this place. Non stop walk in traffic. The Pan Con Leche that we shared was delicious and hit the spot! It may look thin but it's got heft! Outside and inside seating available!

A stop you must take when you go through Leadville. Amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches to take on the go or eat on their large patio. Who would have thought you could find authentic Cuban food in the middle of the Rocky Mountains! Great food, great service!!

I loved the vibes of this place. The outdoor seating is really cute and lots of places to sit. The staff was nice. I got the Breakfast Sandwiches - the egg sandwich. It was warm and the panini bread was delicious. However the egg seemed unseasoned and really just lacked flavor. Not super impressed by the filling.

So tasty - so fast - so easy. A little bit pricey for bread and meat, but I'd still recommend. Outdoor seating is divine!

The service here was really good and the food was as stated on the menu. I enjoyed my sandwich, but was not aware of how strong the coffee drinks would be. It was decently priced for Leadville. If you are a coffee lover and enjoy paninis it's a place to consider.

Oh my gosh, I had the most incredible Cuban sandwich experience! I ordered the Aye Cono, and my girlfriend got the Cuban mix. Let me tell you, both sandwiches were absolutely phenomenal! And you absolutely cannot miss out on the iced coffee it's as bold and strong as Vietnamese iced coffee! You've got to try this place!

Top notch Cuban pork sandwiches. Just get the original one and a Montucky, and make sure to sit under the shade.

So we made our way to Mountain Cowboy Brewing and Cuban Fusion to satisfy our three needs. ++ The staff was super friendly and on point with their recommendations and knowledge of their menu. Not to mention speedy! We got our meals in easily under fifteen minutes. Perfect for my grumbling belly. ++ The portions were large! My husband and I each opted for the Cubano: roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on pressed Cuban bread with a side of fries each. Holy YUM! Our sandwiches were served up on a literal mountain of perfectly crisp fries. ++ The pricing was on point! At a mere $23 for both meals my wallet wasn't hurting after our dinner outing. ++ You can tell that there's passion behind each dish. They are carefully crafted an balanced to perfection! There was so much flavor in our sandwiches that I'm still drooling. Cuban Fusion was such a deliciously killer food truck! I can't wait for my next opportunity to try more of their delicious food-fare. Look out fried plantains - I'm coming for you! **Pro Tip: Keep up with them on Facebook for their upcoming curbside locations and special offerings. Yum!

As a Florida native, I don't order too much Latin food out here. It's not necessarily something I crave anymore. Admittedly, it's tougher to find legit Latin flavors. Well, I was thoroughly impressed with what I tried here! Roasted Pork "Lechon" ($18) // slow roasted berkshire pork shoulder, garlic mojo, pickled onion. This was the most filling bowl of food I've consumed in recent memory. The lechon was tender and flavorful, two ginormous pieces of unctuous, pull apart meat. The tostones were crispy and delicious. Pickled onions balanced the dish, though I was curious with the choice of using rings as opposed to smaller, julienne slices. Rice was yummy, beans just needed some seasoning. Hearty and comforting food right here! It was all so good that I had to stop by the stall later and tell the chef how much I enjoyed it. A little gem right here in Miami...wait...I mean Arvada!!!

That alone convinced us we had to try the Cubano in their bread. It was amazing. Flavors were perfect and the bread put it over the top. We have to go back for more, even though it's a bit of a drive, it'll be more than worth it.
