    Sandwich no cheese

A quick trip to Leadville during the summer was exactly what I needed and our stop at Buchi topped off the trip. We stopped for lunch and sat outside due to the beautiful weather. We ordered at the walk up window and sat down at a picnic table. Before we knew it our sandwiches were at our table. It was perfectly crispy on the outside supports with bold flavors on the inside. Highly recommend stopping for a quick lunch.

Solid Cuban. Really wish the prices was not 15$ for a sammy but like it's tasty. Its a cuban. And the 8.95$$ for a singular empanada.. again good but like... pricey! BUT THE GREEN SAUCE THEY GIVE YOU... DRINK IT. ITS SO GOOD. but also wish they didn't charge extra if you wanted a bonus sauwce..

Everyone was super friendly and it was quiet and cozy. I got there when it opened and spoke with the owner, Kim, and she gave me some history on the place. I got a bacon egg and cheese but they are known for their cuban sandwiches. Highly recommend coming for lunch!

Stopped in for a bite to eat, and the food was pretty good. Not the best Cuban, but definitely worth a try. It is an order at the counter and they bring it to you type of place. Ordered a Pan Con Lecheon, and a dark and stormy. Both were tasty. Service was quick and efficient. There aren't any sides to order, so really all you get is a sandwich. No beans, plantains, or other kinds of sides to go with your sandwich. Worth a stop if you want a decent Cuban sandwich.

Delicious! Center of downtown, walk-up to outdoor counter to order, sit inside or out. Would return!

Delicious food, the avocado salad has a delicious sauce, mixes well with $5 rice and beans. Yummy! Great background music too. Enjoyed it!

Although it was a quick lunch I noticed that customers love this place. Non stop walk in traffic. The Pan Con Leche that we shared was delicious and hit the spot! It may look thin but it's got heft! Outside and inside seating available!

I loved the vibes of this place. The outdoor seating is really cute and lots of places to sit. The staff was nice. I got the Breakfast Sandwiches - the egg sandwich. It was warm and the panini bread was delicious. However the egg seemed unseasoned and really just lacked flavor. Not super impressed by the filling.

A stop you must take when you go through Leadville. Amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches to take on the go or eat on their large patio. Who would have thought you could find authentic Cuban food in the middle of the Rocky Mountains! Great food, great service!!

Hopes were high. We got sat and were delivered water promptly after sitting. Our server approached our table around 5 minutes after seating, beverages were delivered timely, and then our server disappeared. Our server became almost too attentive as the rest of our party arrived, asking for drinks before we could open the menu. Our appetizers/"tapas" took quite some time to arrive. Before we could enjoy the course we were just delivered, we were instructed to order our entrees. We ordered a lot, in accordance to our servers timing. Entrees came, and a majority of our table's entrees were cold, far below anything we could ingest. The middle of our pies were cold, insinuating the dishes were prepared from frozen. The next time our table was interacted with was from a support staff member, far after we decided we were unhappy with our food. We understood the uncomfortability of this issue, but it almost seemed like we became abandoned. Our exact dishes were re-prepaired timely, but obviously the same dishes we were served, only this time, they were delivered visibly burnt and flakey. We felt bad for having to send our dishes back, but it was apparent the server became embarrassed for the food she had to serve. There was no accommodations delivered to us, not that that was ever an expectation, but it felt embarrassing for everyone involved. This place came highly recommending to us, and we were very optimistic, but left very disappointed.

Based on our servers recommendation, I got the Puerco Frito, and WOW. Every bite was light and flavorful. I've been told that you really can't go wrong with any of the menu items, and based on what I tried, I have to agree with that sentiment. As a Florida native, I don't order too much Latin food out here. It's not necessarily something I crave anymore. Admittedly, it's tougher to find legit Latin flavors. Well, I was thoroughly impressed with what I tried here! Roasted Pork "Lechon" ($18) // slow roasted berkshire pork shoulder, garlic mojo, pickled onion. This was the most filling bowl of food I've consumed in recent memory. The lechon was tender and flavorful, two ginormous pieces of unctuous, pull apart meat. The tostones were crispy and delicious. Pickled onions balanced the dish, though I was curious with the choice of using rings as opposed to smaller, julienne slices. Rice was yummy, beans just needed some seasoning. Hearty and comforting food right here! It was all so good that I had to stop by the stall later and tell the chef how much I enjoyed it. A little gem right here in Miami...wait...I mean Arvada!!!
