Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful. Thank you for making my "return" an easy fix.

This organization is unethical and dangerous. I was sold equipment for use on a child's brain and…read morethe technical support that is a must in order to use the equipment was beyond substandard. I would ask simple questions and the tech support folks would have to spend 10 minutes looking up the answer and still get it wrong. My last conversation with tech support lasted almost 4 hours. When I finally decided that there was no way to trust tech support and asked for a return I was completely denied and told to sell the unit on eBay if I didn't want to use it. That is terrifying, they want a layperson to sell this unit on eBay! To who? Who would even be buying this on eBay and how could I possibly explain how to use it to the person purchasing it. There are much better options out there.

He sold me a table top machine that was taped together with clear tap that would not show up in the photo. I paid about $119.00 for it. I complained and the owner responded 1 time that left hope. After that he no longer would reply to any of my messages. I sent well over 10 and as the months go by it shows that he has no plans of making this right. Its very annoying to watch what was more of a scam than anything. He took the money I worked hard for and purposely sold me nothing but junk! I was suspicious at times when I went in the office seeing 3 different people constantly scanning through the live auction looking at bids and talking about how much they were making. Did not see right to me but anyways the junk they sold me and then never replied when I wanted to return it was the last straw. I refuse to do business with anyone that is as dishonest as this guy. He even has the nerve to keep emailing me his Boggs auctions after I cussed and yelled to quit sending them. Called him a scammer and rip off artist yet he still sends them. This has been going on for months! I will also let the BBB know of this.
