Stopped today to pick up a few parts placed online. Easy, quick and service friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. Juan, who is a manager, told me the commercial parts department was closed, but I could clearly hear associates in the back talking about how the commercial parts associate was just at lunch. When I asked for clarification and requested the regional manager's number, Juan refused to help further and walked away, leaving a red-shirt associate arguing back and forth with me at the front. They also refused to provide the regional manager's contact info -- which I later found posted right on the front door. It's clear that the associates here are not properly trained in commercial sales or customer service. I called the regional manager afterward, but there was no answer and no call returned. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this location is unacceptable, especially from management. I've always relied on AutoZone for dependable service, but this experience makes me question whether I'll continue doing business here. read more

Bought a car battery in this place, asked for someone to help install it as it was 8 pm. Guy behind the counter said we can't do that. Says right on the window they will guess ether the window or he doesn't know what is right. Had to have the car jumped in the morning and then took it to the dealership who sold me the same battery for a better price and installed it for free! Hummmmm guess Jones ford has better customer service. read more

10/25/2025 7:30 am The Good and Bad, the customer service guy was great, he got my parts, used a cart to put them in my car wonderful service. Then this guy in a red vest starts yelling at the top of his lungs using fowl languge about the music other staff members were playing. He walked out of the store yelling, then came back, the music was turned off but he continued to yell, bad language, as a female, and a customer that was rude to the entire store and all staff, its against the law to disrupt a business, the guy in the red vest should not work with others he is disrespectful! read more

Went to the Auto Zone on Litchfield and Van Buren with a serious battery problem. I had to get a jump start from some nice people just to get there. Alex was ready to help, brought out the battery tester, and confirmed the battery was shot. She recommended the best battery for my car, and in a few short minutes, she had the new battery installed slick as a whistle. Alex always sets the bar high for excellent customer service at this location. She has also helped me with several other car problems. She is professional, knowledgable and a great person to work with. Thank you, Alex! read more

I had to get a new battery for my vehicle and I only have 1 vehicle. I ended up walking my battery to this location and they were very helpful in testing my battery and getting a brand new battery for my vehicle. Bob, who was the delivery driver for this location, asked me where I had to walk back to and he offered me a ride back to my house. It was one of the kindest gestures I have ever had as a customer in any place of business. It was a high of 108 degrees but this was early in the morning and it was still in the high 90s. This autozone location will definitely keep my business and they are a great place to go for all auto parts. read more

The other day I was in line waiting to make a purchase and then I overheard an associate name Elijah deliberately tell the man in front of me at the register to "kill himself"???? Oh my goodness I was so shocked at the customer service being offered at this store and that that's what the employees at this store/company are being taught and allowed to treated customers like this! I am baffled and in distress to have witnessed this! Never in my life woukd I have thought it'd have to see something to uncomfortable like that!! I hope the managers teach Elijah how to better his customer service because that was unbelievable. I will definitely not be shopping here again!!! read more

My car was struggling to start this morning due to the battery which happens about every year in AZ and auto zone never gives me a hard time when it comes to replacing it or assisting me to place the new one in my vehicle. I highly recommend this AutoZone! Today I had a lovely gentleman by the name Jesus who was so friendly, he replaced it quickly and sent me on my way! Big giant thank you to Mark for standing in the blazing heat to change my wiper blades for me before the monsoons hit. My husband is deployed and I like to think I am a resourceful gal who can do it all but cars are not really my specialty. These Hyundai blades are tricky and he came out and did it for me. Went here for 5W50 motor oil as a friend suggested that this would be a good choice for my vehicle. We looked at every specialty oil shop we could find in the Valley, and no 5W50 anywhere. Who had it? Autozone, and the one in Buckeye to boot (near where we were staying at the time). Then, I just took the van over to WalMart practically down the street and had the oil changed. Thanks guys for having what I wanted, when I wanted, when everybody else didn't. read more

Amazing store, amazing staff, super kind and knowledgeable people always there to help, this location does get busy so if you're a Karen plz don't bother coming in and wasting people's time and energy, I shop here all the time and they always have something to help my build with, plus special orders and deliveries are super quick most have been delivered the very next day. read more

We were on our way to California, when it started raining and we had a windshield wiper was broken. We had a car full of kids as well. We pulled off on Watson and stopped at an auto zone. Samual D was really great. He helped us get the windshield wiper going so we can get on our way. Kudos to this auto zone! read more

My husband and I came this auto zone store to test the alternator, the first test it passed and second test it passed again. Later that even we came back to check it again but this time the battery was tested first with taking it out of the vehicle. The battery tested slightly low, the manager suggested to get a new battery and see if that fixes anything but my husband said no, we will get a new alternator since that one has warranty. The manager said ok, so he tested the alternator first just to see, this would be the third test, and it failed when load was put on it. Tools were loaned to use and such, the new alternator put back in, immediately there was a difference. My thing was that the manager was working with three customers simultaneously, that was cool. There was no complaint all he wanted was for all to go home happy. We came at the right time and now there is no loss time from work. Thank you so much. read more

The battery light came on in my daughter's car. Took it straight to AutoZone, asked them to check the battery. Found out the alternator is bad asked the guy to help me change it out. The manager came over and started joking around. He asked me how far do you live? I replied about two miles. Oh good he says you'll make it. The nice kid said his manager just changed the rules and won't lend tools or allow them to help. This is a bunch of crap, I just was at the Phoenix location Saturday and the manager Anthony was great, helped me change out the alternator and the battery, no problem. Anthony and his team are Rock Stars, Tubby(don't know his real name) at the Watson location is just a creepy jerk. read more

I just went to this Autozone tonight. All I needed was an oil wrench. There was no employees at the front counter, so I called back where three employees were joking around the one came and was as rude as can be saying "I was talking back there" I could not believe how horrible the customer service is at that place read more

I have come to expect being treated as a "stupid woman" from most places that have anything to do with cars. But to top off the stupid woman mentality, there was the "I don't give a shit about the customers in line because I'm on a break" mentality. I walked in and there were three people in front of me and one guy working a register. When I became second in line, he decided to shout for help. In the mean time, 3 men walked in, seperately. Guess who got helped first when someone else decided their break was over? Not the person that was next, of course. The men that looked like they could have a conversation without their heads exploding, because us delicate flowers can't handle the complexities of an engine, or anything other than push the peddle, make it go tee-hee. So I stood there and watched one guy come in and out from the back while munching away on his meal, while the men folk talked of things I didn't need to be a part of while I grew increasingly irritated. All of this simply to have them plug into my OBD and give me a code. Finally, when 3 other ways came from the back, I got assistance. Of course, it was after I was frustrated and annoyed by being ignored and the poor planning of employee breaks. read more
