White chocolate strawberry scone & White chocolate oat milk latte with irish cream.

Awesome coffee shop in Pendleton. I highly recommend the white chocolate strawberry scones. I ordered the white chocolate oat milk latte with irish cream & that was a great recommendation by the friendly baristas.

Great coffee shop! Pastries are delish and rodeo themed!

Biscuits and gravy were awful and the scones too dry and not much fruit in them. Friendly atmosphere and everyone loved the coffee

Don't want to rate and rank their scores ... but got here 10:30 on a Friday and they were closed. So maybe double check before you go

Cozy little place with good coffee. We ordered the quiche and biscuits & gravy. Both were good. Nice view of a park. Friendly service.

Excellent service. The best coffee in Pendleton. And the food is pretty tasty as well. It's a local institution.

The bar is long, with pictures of all the Pendleton Round-Up lining one wall. The place is a fascinating time capsule. Way in the back, beyond the bar and the pool table, a very small dining room with counter service and several humble booths are tucked away next to the kitchen. It's old, and proud of it. I've only eaten there twice; I once had a great breakfast there many years ago with my son. The portions were generous, the service was excellent, and as American style breakfasts go, it was about as good as they get. It's not "inspired food." It's the standard stuff, and there's something comforting about that. It's Americana at it's best. The second time was my birthday, and again, I was there with my son. It was evening. When we got there, we were the only ones occupying the cafe. It looked exactly as it had 20-plus years ago. My son ordered a hamburger and fries. Again, no trendy toppings or fuss, just very fresh, very well prepared hearty fare...exactly what we were looking for. I had their "famous" fried chicken. it was without hesitation, some of the best I'd ever tasted. It came with jo-jos, a salad, and garlic bread. It was all excellent, and almost too much food. If you enjoy old school dining in a small town cafe, it's going to be hard to beat the Rainbow Cafe and Bar.

I've always thought cannolis looked so delicious...But every time I buy them they are lackluster at best, the flavor just not on point. Not at Alexander's! Our freshly made cannoli was large and hubs and I throughly enjoyed every morsel. It was delicious and gorgeous, just as every cannoli should be. We also bought two cookies and one piece of decadent chocolate each. According to my MIL, some chocolates are meant to be revered, savored. I plan to savor mine, but not until I'm in the space to appreciate it. Alexander's is definitely one such chocolate. Buy yourself even one piece. And then savor it. Enjoy.
