I've driven past this place so many times. I never realized there was a nail salon in Buckingham Green. First time here, I thought "I better make an appointment" because I didn't know how crowded they get. I had a 10am appointment on a Saturday morning... maybe it was an off day but no one came in while I was there. I opted for a Regular Manicure. The only thing I noticed that differed from other salons was the paraffin. I've never had my hands dipped in wax before - it left my hands soft for a few days. I do wish more time was spent to my cuticles. They have a decent selection of polishes. It appears certain colors are an extra charge. Luckily you do get a discount if you pay cash. And if you have their business card, make sure you get the back of it signed. You receive a point for every dollar spent. Once you've had enough visits (500 points), you'll get a free Pedicure. The salon itself was very clean. I'll definitely be back to try their Spa Pedicure. read more

Buckingham Green Nails is my go to spot! It is a quiet and clean salon with fair pricing, great options and lots of staff. I have always had an appointment but have seen others walk in without any issue. Lots of color choices and each time they've understood exactly what I wanted done. There is a constant wait at this place, which is irritating but there's a reason for the delay. They are amazing! Insanely relaxing foot massages come with the pedicures, and overall great customer care. The staff is nice, friendly, and always chatting and laughing. This is a solid place. I come for an occasional pedicure and they do a decent job. Nothing crazy. The service could be a little nicer and my mom and I started our pedicures at the same time and mine ended much earlier which is a bit frustrating. All nail places tend to have the TV on to allow the customers something to watch. However, this particular salon played a show about a veterinary clinic that showed extremely graphic videos of dogs getting surgery. Very disturbing and not something I wanted to watch while getting my pedicure. It needs to be something that is appealing to the common audience. This is a major change that needs to be made of this is a regular occurrence. read more

I've been going to this salon for a decent amount of time but the last time was so disappointed. I think her name was Shan and she gave me horrible job. She seemed very in a hurry and I really didn't like my shape, she spent less than 2 mins to clean my cuticle. Obviously there were lot to clean. Guess what.. my gel began to chip in 3 days. Also when I went to tip with card because I didn't have cash she told me that tip should be 20% What?? Tips are based on customer satisfaction. I will never ever go back to this place. James, Jenny, Mandy, and the other associates were meticulous, caring, and had great customer service skills. My mom also wanted to add they have great massages! Tried this spot for the first time since my nail salon closed and it was not great. I felt more rushed than relaxed and there were many parts of the gel manicure that were skipped (cuticle trimming being the main one). Not clean at all and way over priced for the service they are giving. read more

First off this was my first time going here and all I can say is amazing !!! I got a mani pedi and the lady who did my pedi took her time and really made me feel relaxed, her name is Donna and I recommend if your looking to feel relax and enjoy a pedicure to ask for her she's so sweet too!! The people who worked there were so welcoming! They even allowed my SO to sit near by and get a massage while waiting for me! Customer overly satisfied!! I give this place 5 stars++!! I had been a lot of nail salons. This is the best service I ever had. James did my mani and pedi. It was fantastic job.

This place is awful. Always changing policies and the staff is rude. Never have room for walk-ins. Always need a reservation. One week, you don't need a mask. The next week you do (even with 1/2 the place not wearing one)... One week you can put the tip on the credit card, the next week they are making a fuss about it. The lady running this place is awful. The pedicures started off with not soaking my feet for very long and the gentleman started to clip the sides of my toenails. I had to tell him that is not how you clip toenails. The rest of the pedicure was fine and the place was very clean. However I did not see any licenses posted on the wall. That was a bit disturbing. I hope they're all licensed. I came here to get acrylic nails and i have never received worse service while getting my nails done. i get acrylics on my nails very often and i've never experienced anything remotely close to what i did here. The man who did my nails was so rude and aggressive. i tried to show him a picture of what i'd like the shape and length to look like and he was so rude. He told me he knew and kept asking what length i was trying to show him what length i wanted in the picture and he just kept interrupting me so i just gave up on the picture because apparently he knew what i wanted. While he was doing my nails he kept readjusting my hand over and over again and was doing it very harshly. i never moved my hand but he kept huffing and puffing, like he was annoyed with me. When he was using the little machine smoother he was so rough! it was painful the whole time. He also got all of the acrylic paint stuff under my finger nails so when they dried they were stuck to my skin and later on i had to pull and cut it off which was also very painful. He messed up the shape on all of the nails i was so sad after it was all over. Because i'm not the type of person to yell, but i had to pay all that money just to go home and redo the whole thing myself. My friend that was with me just got her nails painted and they came out very nice and the lady that did hers was very nice. However if your looking to get acrylics DO NOT COME HERE. you will be extremely disappointed. read more

I will absolutely be coming back here. The salon is very clean and the staff so nice and welcoming. The basic pedicure includes a lovely foot massage (although I would have no problem springing for the extra time as a treat too!). The color selection is great as well. Prices are extremely fair and the extra bit of shoulder massage while your nails are drying is heavenly. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would . I opted not to return as the person, Jenny was rather abrasive and kept filing and cut my hands. Then when I went to another salon today come to find out I had a fungus under 3 nails. After 20 years of getting my nails done , I have never had a fungus. Be very careful. This is going to take months to grow out. read more

Reasonable pricing, professional and fast service. The basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage and paraffin wax for your heels. There is a pedicure menu of more expensive pedicures that include longer massages, scrubs, etc. Will definitely be back to try their other services. read more

They were able to accommodate us on short notice (middle of the week), place was very clean, no up sell pressure, and the actual pedicure (lavender with a 15 minute massage) was delightful! Awful. I went in with very strong nails that I've been doing the powder gel at Nail Imagine. They don't do that. So I just got regular gel. They destroyed my nails soaking in acetone way too long. Should never have strayed from nail imagine. Ugh. read more
