The cookies looked delicious. The muffins were hearty looking. It was hard to pick what kind of goody I wanted. I got my husband and I a bagel with cream cheese. I also got a small hot Chai with oat milk. My daughter got a prosciutto sammy and a strawberry lemonade. Not gonna lie, just for a few items, it was close to 35 bucks. The price point is pretty high here. I can appreciate the prices but it was pretty steep for a few things. My chai was good. The oat milk and tea was balanced. It didn't over power one another. My bagels were very soft and fresh! I did ask for them to be toasted and they weren't. The bagels were very chewy so it would have been nice to have a crunchy texture to the bagel. My daughter's lemonade was refreshing and tart. I didn't get a chance to try her sammy but can anything with prosciutto be bad? It was neat stopping into this local coffee joint. It's darling and cute. If I had my own spot, I would probably have a similar spot. You're going to find some sweet treats and good drinks here. I enjoyed my drink very much. I've been wanting to try Moonflower for many months now and had a chance the other day. Their marketing game is on point, beautifully packaged and presented product. The shop is set back from the road so you can easily miss it, maybe some additional signage would help. The shop is consistent with their refined aesthetic but is tiny, maybe only two customers can be in the shop simultaneously. The younger staff who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. The macarons are sublime, gorgeous and authentic (crisp on outside, proper feet, slight interior chew). The flavor variety is delightful. I love that some of the flavors are unique and unexpected such as frosted animal cookie. My favorite was the pistachio raspberry, there was an actual raspberry in the center. They change up their flavors every month. Truly a one of a kind bakery in the area. Clearly a lot of care goes into the product. I will return again and again. Merci!

There is always a pleasant vibe to it and often there are people chatting or working on laptops. Employees are always really nice. I really enjoy the Pandan Matcha. Its so hard to find pandan drinks in the area! I find the drinks are often really sweet and so its important to order them with no sugar or less sugar. The boba is okay although the straws they have been using lately are too small for them so they lose some of the shape and correct texture. A random thing I love about their drinks are they used a crushed ice, it makes it feel appropriately portioned to the drink itself. Although I am not a coffee person, the cafe lattes are my partner's favorite in the area and they are highly customizable. It's also nice that they offer a carrier when you have a few drinks to-go. Interestingly, the cake and desserts are the weaker part for me for Cake Bar. They are often pretty dry for my tastes. My favorite has been the potato chip cookies, but I have only seen them a few times. The chicken wing dip buns are pretty good and filling though and are worth trying! Same with the smiley face cookies, the bakery frosting is the best. I got a parfait for the first time since high school though and was sorely disappointed. They used to use wake robin yogurt (which I do remember them discontinuing some years ago), but now the yogurt is SO sweet. Overall it makes the parfait too sweet with the homemade granola and blueberry coulis. I couldn't help but notice how much smaller the parfait portions are too. They used to be full sized cups and now they're nearly half their former size which was definitely disappointing considering the price has certainly not gone down.
