Professional, HONEST, kind man. My insurance required I pay the difference between what they paid and the cost of the repair. Bruce would not accept my money. Great service, good experience. When I called after filing my claim the person who answered the phone said she knew she had seen it somewhere, USAA said they'd call me but am guessing that if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. The pricing is very reasonable for a complete windshield replacement. Dan was an incredibly quick and helpful technician. He made sure I was aware of all the changes to my windshield, the problems from previous bad repairs, and future steps once the car is ready to be driven. He even let me know of additional parts that will need to be replaced next time I need a windshield replacement.
