I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. I contacted this company via text (I should have just called) and it took a couple of days to officially get scheduled, after some back and forth messages. Once the tech arrived, he made quick work of replacing the windshield on the Ford. After 2 hours, we was finished with both vehicles and it only cost $1040. My car is BRAND NEW, I should not be able to hear anything just like when I bought it.
