Such a great business to work with! Paula was so friendly and easy to communicate with. She accommodated my needs of getting a certain type of windshield for my Jeep, gave me a few quotes and scheduling was a breeze. She also gave a courtesy call the day prior to remind me of my scheduled appointment time. Dan is the gentleman who installed the windshield. He called to give me updates of what time and how long it will take him to get to my location where he installed the windshield in my driveway. He was so friendly to chat with. We chatted to a point where I'm like, I need to leave this man alone so he can do his job! Installation was simple and convenient because they go to your location. I don't usually give 5 star reviews but I think these guys did a great job. I never actually saw any of them but I have a brand new windshield in my truck and it was done right, and exactly when they said they would do it. They called the day before to remind me to leave my truck so they could fix it, and handled everything. The truck was clean and they left detailed instructions on what to do (or not do) to make sure the sealant set up correctly. No leaks, no blemishes. I thought the windshield was not exactly what we discussed when I first looked at it and was ready to complain but I was wrong they did it exactly like they said they would and I am happy with the results (Hint look at it in the daylight not at night after a 10 hour flight) . They handled the insurance, and the deductible perfectly. Highly recommended ! read more

These guys have replaced my windshield on my Rav4 twice and we've had a fantastic experience both times. The service guys arrive on time as promised (there's a 2 hour window for arrival and both times they've arrived within the first 30 minutes), they call when they're on their way and it's nice to know they're about to show up. My insurance company called on my behalf to have my window fixed. We were informed that I'd have to pay out of pocket instead of just working directly with my insurance. The wording on their website "Let us conference you with your insurance company to get your claim filed quickly and without wasting your time." My passenger side window was broken out on my birthday! I called Autoglass Solutions early Monday, and I had a new window installed by the end of the day. Dan came out and did an amazing job. I think he spent more time vacuuming out all the glass than he did actually replacing the window! Great attention to detail.
