So first of all, I this place is a little hard to get to. It's actually behind another building so I got lost the first time I came! Don't let that stop you though! I came all the way from puyallup and will travel from anywhere to get here just from how good my experience was. My passenger side window was broken in and I had to get my window replaced fast, cheap, but I still needed it done right. My mom recommended this place (means a lot in our family! Lol) so I called here first. While I was here I also got my windshield replaced. They were able to get both of my windows done for $400! Such a good deal, and I love supporting a local business. Got home and noticed that my window didn't roll down, then procrastinated for a week to get it fixed because why not? So I called again seeing if they could fix it, remembered my car and told me to bring it down! He (forgot his name but so nice!) fixed it up and sent us away. Took him like 10 minutes! I asked if he wanted anything for it and he told me it was his bad instead of trying to charge me for it! I have already recommended this place to my friends and will continue to spread the word! The people here are wonderful! I had a piece of glass I needed cut down to fit an outside light, and they cut it down for free! Before you ask, no I didn't buy the glass from them. However, they still did the modification on it for free. Took almost 20 minutes of work to get the piece to fit, and they still wouldn't take any payment. I went Apex glass on the recommendation of a friend. Andrew was great. He did the back window on my jeep grand cherokee. He did great work for a fair price. Vehicle was done on time and price was as quoted. Everything went so smooth with my jeep, I also had him replace the windshield on my business van. Andrew met my husband at the shop. What a nice guy. We had a baseball go through our back window. We had time to price around. they had the best price.. We did notice with some places they weren't very honest about the quotes. Andrew was honest and got the job done in an afternoon. i vacuumed the car all out. So all that needed to do was replace the seal and take rest of the little bit of glass out. He gave an even better price. he just kept telling my husband thank you that is a lot of the work. We need some windshields replace with our other cars. I will definitely be going back and I will be telling everyone i know about him. I will be sending him a thank you package. I had a side window replaced several years ago for my Ford Ranger. This place did a nice job, no complaints. Last fall my GMC Canyon had a bad leak under the driver side mat. So I went in to have the front windshield seal replaced. He checked it first & it wasn't the problem. So he spent lots of time checking everything. In fact he went above & beyond to find that leak. As it turned out, the leak was caused by the seal on the high mounted brake light. He fixed it & it didn't leak 1 drop during our last very wet winter. The price he charged me was very reasonable for all that time he spent. I will definitely go back to this place the next time I need windshield repaired or replaced. read more

Made an appointment the day before for 1:00 Friday. Got there at 12:45 and was told I should of called you I don't have the windshield yet it won't be here until 2:30. I have to say I have had other places replace my windshield before and have been unhappy. Poor quality glass, rattles, and poor service. My experience at Apex in Bonney Lake was SO POSITIVE! Andrew is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and made sure I was completley satisfied with the work before I left. When I noticed a bit of distortion in the new glass Andrew was quick to order a replacement, got me in as soon as it was in and was understanding and professional about it. My new windshield is perfect! So happy. Will definitely refer friends to Andrew and would use his shop again. read more

I drive by this auto glass repair shop, so I decided to call for a quick estimate. They quoted me $250. We have to pay out of pocket due to our insurance, so I went home, scrounged through my drawers and found a coupon for $100. I was so excited! $150 for a new windshield! Well, since I never called back to tell them about my awesome coupon, imagine my surprise when, after the service was complete (it took over 3 hours, NOT the 1 hour I was told), they refused to accept my coupon. WHAT? Yes, they told me they quote the "lowest" price possible, so coupons mean nothing. Excuse me? Who submits coupons all throughout the year and doesn't honor them? Are you kidding me? Shame on me for assuming that they had good customer service. Shame on me for not taking the time as a busy mom of three, to call to verify the price. I will never go there again and will do everything I can to make sure that no one else does. I feel the underlying problem is their misleading, dishonesty, and lack of customer service. I don't care if your insurance covers your windshield. Would you still go to these rude people?? read more
