Windshield ding- my insurance primarily works with a company with questionable reviews. I contacted Bruce at Glass Works because of their glowing reviews. Bruce took as much time as I needed to explain their process and the strong likely hood that a dine sized ding could be repaired. I stopped by the next day and was in and out within 30 minutes. Professional, HONEST, kind man. My insurance required I pay the difference between what they paid and the cost of the repair. Bruce would not accept my money. Great service, good experience. And not a big franchise. So pleased. read more

I was able to get my windshield replaced right away. Called late Tuesday afternoon and was able to get in the following afternoon. They were even willing to give me 10% discount without hesitation. Customer service was outstanding !! Unfortunately this is the second time I had to replace my windshield in slightly over a year. I called a well know place where I had it replaced before and I would have had to wait almost a week at over $125 more than last time. If I have to go through this again (hopefully I won't) I'll know where to go without hesitation. I would recommend Glass Works for any type of glass related service. read more

I had a huge rock hit my windshield last week Thursday & frantically called Glass Works! Bruce answered and was willing to take a look and see how he could help. I immediately drove to the shop and he was kind, honest and caring from the moment I arrived. He looked at the damage and told me he would try his best but because the size couldn't guarantee a fix. About 5-10 min later he brought my car back around and it looked so much better. I can still see the crack but that's expected due to the size and severity of the chip :( he took the air out and to my surprise it's been holding steady with no further cracks. My husband needs a whole new windshield soon and we will definitely be giving Bruce our business! read more

Found this place off of yelp reviews and have to say, not the least bit disappointed. Did a complete windshield replacement on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma, and it looks awesome! Staff was kind and courteous, and I was able to schedule an appointment on the first call. My appointment lasted exactly the length of time they estimated, and the final price was about $30 cheaper than the original quote. Will definitely be returning for any future glass needs. Very impressed. We got a large chip in our windshield and had called a dozen other places who were scheduling a week out. I called this morning and was told to just come on in, and they had us out the door in under 30 minutes. There was quite the crater in the middle of the windshield, and it's still there, but seems to be filled well. They could not use our insurance as State Farm won't waive the deductible for chips, but $40 for such quick service and for such a large chip was well worth it. read more

Came in for a rock chip repair. The mechanic told me the chip may be too big but he did a pretty good job mending. I was warned I may still need to replace the windshield so we'll see. Fantastic service and quality work. We had a new vanity installed in the master bath that rose the counter height by 6". We wanted to salvage our existing mirror and needed it cut down by 6" and re-hung. I will echo everyone else on here, these guys were flipping phenomenal! We had recently renovated our bathroom and had a HUGE mirror we needed cut down and hung, and we went a step further, we also wanted it framed. We called around all over the Seattle/South King County area, but I am SO glad my husband called Glassworks, they were hands down the best price, everyone else wanted to nickel and dime us but these guys were fair, and also did a fabulous job, our mirror is perfect, the frame is a beautiful brushed nickel that they installed and it looks amazing, we get so many compliments on how well it completed the bathroom. I was not at home when it was installed but my husband said the technitian was quick, cur We will not hesitate to contact them again for any and all glass and mirror work we have. I was so impressed by Bruce and how honest he is. All the other glass companies told me my only option was to replace my windshield fully. But Bruce let me know my issue was only cosmetic and even helped for free to clean up some black glue that was all over the top of my car.
