Two years ago…read more I was thinking of replacing my travel trailer's lead acid battery with two Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries. Marcus was recommended to me by a satisfied customer. He replaced the battery with two Lion Energy lithium batteries, moved the batteries location from the trailer tongue to inside the trailer's storage compartment as well as the associated wiring. He also rotated the head of the powered tongue jack 90° so the tow vehicle's tailgate could be lowered when the trailer was attached. Two years later and everything is still working well. Recently I was back in Texas during the 2025 January winter storm. My furnace stopped working one evening so I reached out to Marcus after normal business hours. He gave me some suggested areas to check out and within a 1/2 hour it was back up and running. I appreciate Marcus' friendly attitude, his knowledge and the quality of his work. At another dealership, I was told that some of the work would be very difficult and highly technical, and that they would need several days to complete everything. Maybe it's something about working with people in a small town, but the team at Sealy CDJR got me in right away. The whole experience felt a bit like Mayberry--everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They agreed that some of the work was complicated, but they told me they could get everything done that same day--and they did. Their shop looked very high-tech and they were clearly busy, but the technician still took the time to come talk with me. The guy really knew his stuff. He even fixed a couple of things I didn't know about and didn't charge me for them. I usually hate spending money in a service department, but for the first time in my life I walked away feeling like I got more than my money's worth from a dealership. They treated me right, their quote to fix everything was lower than the other place, and they saved me days of waiting. Sealy is quite a drive from where I live. I originally went there just because they were willing to get me in quickly, but what I discovered is that they are absolutely worth the drive. Since then, I've also brought my car in for service and had the same great experience. From here on out, I plan to bring all my vehicles there for service. It's nice to finally find a dealership I can trust--they've definitely earned my business.

I noticed that some clips in a door panel popped off and needed to be replaced. I called the shop, lady at the front was excellent and had the paperwork for my previous work ready when I showed up. Steve took one look at the damage pulled it back and ordered the part. Part went to the wrong place and Steve personally went to pick it up. I'm here three days later and Steve had taken excellent care to fix this. I also want to mention the professionalism that Travis and the lady working the front desk have. A unruly customer came in, while I waited on my car, complaining over a term that is clearly stated in the paperwork signed. This lady was throwing an absolute fit over her own mistake. The staff made ever accommodation, going above and beyond for this nightmare of a human. I believe they should be recognized for maintaining their professionalism.
