I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. I noticed that some clips in a door panel popped off and needed to be replaced. I called the shop, lady at the front was excellent and had the paperwork for my previous work ready when I showed up. Steve took one look at the damage pulled it back and ordered the part. Part went to the wrong place and Steve personally went to pick it up. I'm here three days later and Steve had taken excellent care to fix this. I also want to mention the professionalism that Travis and the lady working the front desk have. A unruly customer came in, while I waited on my car, complaining over a term that is clearly stated in the paperwork signed. This lady was throwing an absolute fit over her own mistake.
