I travel all the way from Blue Island, Illinois because I appreciate the atmosphere, camaraderie, and overall ambiance here--it's by far my favorite location. Unfortunately, during this visit, the experience fell short. The bartender, Ariel, did not make us feel welcome. My uncle was overlooked when trying to order a drink, and my aunt was hungry but unable to get assistance. After waiting and feeling ignored, we decided to leave and go to another bar. That said, I've noticed the level of service here can be inconsistent depending on the day or staff. Some visits have been great, while others haven't met the same standard, which is disappointing given how much I enjoy this place. I truly want to continue supporting this location, but consistency in service would make a big difference. For now, I may limit my visits to Wednesdays, as those experiences have consistently been positive.
