It appeared that the manager was piecing my meal together from plates that had been sitting in the kitchen waiting. As we were getting up to leave, the manager brought out our food and offered several excuses for the delay. He first offered us a 50% discount if we stayed. When we declined, he offered to pack the meal to go and give it to us for free. I declined again because this wasn't about the money--it was about professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
