We were in town and our friend, who lives in the area, was very excited to take us to this place so we went as his guests. I was unimpressed and very disappointed with our experience. For a brewery they don't have much beer on tap, and my burger was burnt and had no flavor. Bar tender, a very young girl, was rude and ignored us the whole time we were there. I added one star because they let us eat on the counter behind the bar, otherwise they would only get 1 star. I left the bar smelling like burnt food and grease.

The edamame hummus with flatbread was so good, could have used a bit more bread though. We were happy with our dinner for the most part, one had the taco salad with salmon and was happy but I had a dish called Bibimbap with salmon that said Crispy Sesame Rice which was what I was after. It came in a small cast iron pan so I was excited and expected crispy rice! I didn't get it though, the rice was just there, Not crispy! Very disappointing! Bobby Flay would scoff at this poor excuse, we know what crispy rice is suppose to be like. The dish should just say with rice since I didn't get a hint of sesame either.

The ambiance inside was very comfortable with lots of seating and warm lighting. There is also a ton of seating outside out back. The bartender wasn't busy but even when there were other customers she was attentive and quick to serve each person which was appreciated. The coolest part is the pizza place in the same building but on the right of the entrance (Fiddlehead on the left) so you can order pizza and they will deliver it to the seating in the brewery if you are having drinks! They also have their own seating and a sign said you can bring in your own wine for no corkage fee. Very cool! We did not have any pizza but it looked great! And for the complete VT experience, check out the Fiddlehead swag, they had some nice stuff!

IPA's, Mexican lager (think corona but better), blueberry, pale ales, Italian pils...the list goes on and on - literally something for everyone. Pricing is extremely reasonable - $6 for a pint on average. They have a ton of merch but have limited cans to go. Folino's pizza is right next store and they'll even bring it right to you while you grab your beer! The only *negative* I can find is the space is very open and industrial which doesn't encourage you to hang out for too long. Grab a beer or two, eat your pizza, and it's time to pack up! But we still enjoyed the experience and felt comfortable while there. Highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting Shelburne farms or the museum as it's just minutes away!

She was a local so knew exactly what to recommend for our drive back. Food was nothing short of AWESOME. Definitely one of those meals you can expect to get at your parents house when you visit and stay over. Love the decos in the restaurants ! For instance, if you get a burger, it's a good hearty size with nice fresh toppings and a pleasing amount of fries. Other options are lackluster. For instance, the chicken & french toast has so much promise. I expected 2 or 3 nice juicy chicken tenders with a couple pieces of homemade french toast, all eggy & cooked on a griddle. Nope. Three 3" hard "tenders" and a bunch of deep fried french toast sticks that arent all that dissimilar from those sold in the freezer section of the grocery. It was more of a kid's meal but it wasn't listed as such. I had hoped for something more elevated with a more homemade touch. Was it bad? No. Was i disappointed? Yes. That said, this place feels very homey and that I like a lot.
