I had thought it was going to be with some buffalo sauce, but balanced, as the menu simply describes it as "tenderized pork loin, panko fried, buffalo sauce, Caeser salad, bacon, blue cheese" But unfortunately it came out with at least a 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot drenching the top of the meat. The bar was quite crowded and there were a couple other tables occupied, but the noise level wasn't bad. There are TVs visible from almost any angle for sports fans. Bucky's has a full bar and and a solid beer selection that's sure to please anyone. I was impressed that there are some very high-quality selections available at the bar, including Maker's Mark. Your average small town bar often doesn't have that. The menu is surprisingly extensive and offers a wide variety of items. You'll find everything from basic pub fare to exotic chimichangas. Yes, there is such thing as a steak and cheese chimi! I can't wait to try that next time. There's a good amount of appetizers as well. The potato skins with bacon were among the best I've had-- go just for those if you aren't too hungry! For dinner we had a blue cheese burger and fish & chips. The burger was charbroiled greatness topped with unusually good blue cheese. Fries are typical shoestring type and are good but nothing special. The fried fish was a good portion and made just right. It didn't seem frozen or old and was perfectly flaky and tasty. The dessert menu looked great but we were stuffed by then. I remember an Italian lemon cake type offering, which I can't wait to try next time. The owners and waitstaff were very attentive to our needs and stopped by a couple times.
