I love this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been here 3 or 4 times and was very impressed to see a wider variety of products each time I have been in. As a medical patient I have very specific needs and the staff is always patient and helpful. I understand by law they can not advise on medical usage however they offer full strain and potency information more so than dispensaries I have used in the past. Reference: 2/16 I bought 1 pokeball grinder, 1 grape juicy wrap paper, a sm. Bag of flower, a delta 8 cartridge, and a lemon kush cartridge. Through 2 angle video capture, the cartridge gets supposedly put in the bag. They fold and staple to avoid fall out. However what isn't captured, is the right side of the guy handling the cartridge. I even have a fun little fucking picture because the manager tried playing the "oh maybe you dropped it maybe the bag was ripped" card. Really unhappy! First time I bought a cartridge that did not work I did not keep the receipt so I knew I would be out of luck. Well it happened again. I kept the receipt and packing and returned it the very next day. The manager took my cartridge, confirmed it was full and not working but refused to do anything for me except 20% off a new cartridge. This is absolute BS. Every other store will exchange a defective cartridge with a receipt. Lost my business. Tried Euphorium in Covington, better prices and better return policy. read more

I usually have a pretty decent experience here but this last time showed how little they respect and appreciate their customers. I stop by the Bud Hut in Maple Valley about once a week with some friends. This last visit I picked out a couple of products. When I was being rung up at the register the pricing came up different. I asked about the difference and it came up that one of the products was a higher price than the sticker on the bag in the display case. When I asked about the difference and pointed out the bag still in the display case with the price tag on it, I was told that it was a mistake and they would correct it. What they meant was that they would correct the price on the bag and still charge me the register price, not the advertised price. I pushed the issues by informing them that to charge a different price than advertised is not right . They said that they apologized and that was all they were going to do. Even tho the a few employees actually agreed that had it been them being charged a different price than advertised, they would be upset as well. They informed me that they would not be changing the pricing due to it causing a short in the register. So you are telling me that you have no way of correcting a misprice? The price difference was minor, like 12.5% but it is the principle. They do not care enough about their customers to rectify a simple mistake on their part. How can you trust the prices if you are not positive what you will pay until you get rung up? Very frustrating lack of service. read more

Personally I really enjoy this place they always have a decent selection and MOST of the employees are nice, only a handful only know what they are truly talking about, it would be nice to seem them learn more about their products as many times I have been told they know nothing about a product I'm looking for. That being said my overall experience is great. However, there is one guy who works here who is more than half the time running the front desk. Every time I am greeted by him he questions me on my license because it is still vertical, it will be along the lines like "what's you address, license number, how many 9's in my birthdate. I have seen like guy probably 30 times and he STILL harasses me every time calling me a "youngin" and constantly telling me if I sell this to minors it's a felony and don't litter because the bud hut name is on the packaging and they don't need that attention, mind you THIS is how I'm being greeted in the store. No "hi, how are you doing today" just takes my I'd calls me some name then gives me these laws/rules like I'm some kind of criminal. I go here very frequently and have wanted to find a new store for awhile now specifically because of this bald guy with glasses up and the front. I love the bud hut and the products are top quality. I love their flower they always have my favorite strains. But just now I had a bizarre interaction with a host I've never seen, it was beyond irritating... 1st of all he was smashing his gum in my face the whole time like he was trying to make it explode... then he kept running to the back of the store and I honestly didn't know why. I was confused because everything I wanted to look at was right under either us. It's all right here. He couldn't answer my question straight, I had to ask him literally 4 times how much 2 grams of this one strain was. I really think he was High on meth. His eyes were huge. It was like he was in his own world and didn't understand the concept of what we were doing as in I'm buying it and know what I want and you show it to me. No biggie. Normal stuff. And when I wanted to look at a couple particular strains so I could look at them to compare on what I wanted to buy,.., well he would just sit there and look at me but not grab them,. I had to keep asking him if I could look at them.. I was weird... I just wanted to leave after 1 minute.. I drove away so annoyed and irritated. And I'm trying to figure out why I am so irritated by that whole thing. read more

I can start off with the positive. I can get some decent flower here if I specifically ask for flower that isn't several months old. My gripe is with the disposable vape cartridges. I have bought 3 from Bud Hut in Maple Valley. First one lasted 3 days with 60-70% fluid left. I had to buy another. That one worked. The third one did not work at all and when I returned to the store, I was basically told that I was screwed and I had to buy another but they offered 20% off as if I was being done a favor. That is some shitty customer service. So returns and exchanges are technically illegal so that was their out. Nobody there cares that I wasted my money. Better me than them I guess. Customer service can be damned, I suppose. Anyone who wants to do business with marijuana industry professionals should look elsewhere. This shop is just a brick and mortar version of lazy stoners that work for 2 bit drug dealers. Waste of legalization if you ask me. read more

So I would have to say that there product alone deserves 4-5 stars as you can always find something to suit your tastes, I visit this place more than the average person and the one thing I am certainly sick of being asked is" are you a INDICA or Sativa person" for Christ sake if you cant figure out what my answer is by now you guys might benefit from hiring folks whom are either more knowledgeable or perhaps workers who are not so blazed they don't have any sort of memory recollection . its 50/50 as far as the staff goes, hit or miss, some nice, some not so,some have little to no enthusiasm (interest to be there) when greeting customers both when entering and exiting , you should make customers want to come in and spend there money, ya see I'm usually the customer saying goodbye/ thanks to the person at the front door whom checks your ID .usually either getting no response back or a less than meaningful one that is neither welcoming or sincere, especially when you get a half a&*ed monotone response back from a guy who looks like Mr. clean, only without a spec of the enthusiasm and frankly it doesn't seem like he wants to be there, nor does this type of person/approach make me feel too welcome, luckily bud hut is close in distance to me and they do have good prices and plenty good products once you go through the things you now know you don't like. I rarely spend more than $30 for an 1/8th of top notch flower your likely to pay 5-15 dollars more for elsewhere, Pros outweigh the cons and hopefully over time they can become more knowledgeable with everything they have and realize that if someone wants either "indica" or "sativa" they will tell you , stop asking them the same thing every single time lol ive smoked for quite some time and neither of those 2 things are as important as quality and strain IMO , to each is own, long live bud hut read more
