Wow. First of all, I've never seen such overpriced weed. $100 for a dime cartridge? Are you serious? What? In what world? The business owner (Nick as I have read in other posts) needs to get his head out of the clouds because seriously it is so ridiculous to charge that much when I could go to Kushagram and buy the same exact thing for $60. Also, $65 for 4 grams???? WHAT??? I purchased some and it was NOT worth $65. Sorry. Also, they claim to be "legal" but I know that's a lie because A) they don't tax B) they deliver all over OC which is NOT legal and C) they are cash only which is sooo suspicious I feel like I'm doing something illegal. I feel lied to. I asked one of their reps why their prices were so high and they said "its because we are a legal dispensary and our taxes are included". FALSE. Especially. since it would have to state that there is a tax and what the tax is for when checking out. Also, their cars are busted up Priuses which look god awful and scary. I am in awe. Terrible and perhaps the WORST experience! Beware of this delivery... 0 stars. Yes the reviews sound good but most of them are posted for free products offered by the company. Also almost all the reviews are posted by the women who work there for people like us to be fooled and manipulated...The products sold are untested, expired and even moldy at times. Better to be careful about what we put in our bodies. The employees & managers never seem to know what they are talking about. Google gives me better answers then even the Budman "managers"who sound highly rude on the phone. The owner is a man who only hires women and neglects a professional business manner. I feel like they only want my money. Don't be mistaken. No other dispensary is as overpriced as this one. I am in awe how this business is still in effect even after reading articles on the LA Times how it was run of out a residential neighborhood in Newport Beach and was shut down. What stout, professional and friendly services they provide. I was a first-time-in a-long-time user and I was rather naive about the products that were out there and which ones were the best to alleviate pain for a kidney stone I was trying to pass. I made an online inquiry with them and they responded very quickly. They were most knowledgeable and courteous and put my mind at ease since I really didn't know what I was doing or looking for. They recommended a product and dosage and I felt like I could trust them. They promised a one-hour delivery time, which was very impressive since I placed my order at about 5:45 pm on a Friday night with much traffic and they had to drive from south Orange County to the northern area of the county where I live. Perhaps you might agree that good service is an important factor with any vendor that one deals with. I spoke with Marissa at Bud Man Orange County last night and she is a twelve on a scale of ten! Previously, I had never done business with a "dispensary," having always gone the "old school" route to acquire things. When I called last night, Marissa patiently explained how things worked at Bud Man. If you look up "service" in the dictionary, they show Marissa's picture right in the first definition! It is good to be doing business with a company that goes out of their way to take care of their customers. Possibly with your wisdom and experience, you may agree that employees like Marissa should all get a big fat raise! I was thinking a raise of about forty percent, retroactive back to the beginning of last month would sound about right. Maybe when you call Bud Man OC, you could talk with them about how much you agree that Marissa should get that raise. The bottom line is that vendors should provide outstanding service.
