I inquired on yelp for information and pricing on some CBD and cannabis products. I immediately received a response from Bud Man Delivery. Really cool concept for delivery that makes ordering cannabis very convenient. At first I was very impressed with their service. They were really friendly and helpful, and the website was definitely user friendly to navigate through on my phone. Customer service was good. The 500 mg edibles i bought had zero effect on me and today I'm hungover due to the pesticides yall use. Im beyond disappointed, and feel for the patients that need quality meds. I wasted $30 on bunk product that literally has no cannabis in it at all. Took 400mg and tossed the rest. Piss poor quality. Hmmmmm...Well, my initial experience was much more pleasant speaking with Mariah, representative over the phone who provided me answers & reccomendations. I gave Mariah 5 stars. Below is my aggravating experience regarding. Another matter: I had the most frustrating experience speaking with Rosalind, supervisor, who returned my call regarding my delivery. She "sounded" very young over the phone. After dealing with her it was clear this women has minimal to no experience in customer service & satisfaction skills. I kid you not. She refused to "HEAR" the customer (myself) stating; "No last ETA text message from her driver was ever received." Rosalind adamantly told me I was wrong! WHAT? Rosalind then tells me she is going to send me a copy of her drivers latest text message to me re: later ETA time. I responded back to Rosalind saying, "would you like for me to send you a screen shot of my text messages showing I never received your drivers last ETA text msg & that you are arguing with me, a new customer insisting her driver did. Are we really having this conversation? Rosalind instead, texted me a screen shot of MY ORIGINAL MESSAGE to her driver!! OMG! Finally I ended the call telling her, it's the principal of the matter. I have nothing to gain by not telling you the truth moreover that her customer skills were seriously lacking. By this time she had raised my blood pressure by her rudeness not letting me get a word in and being argumentive over false info. I'm retired having over 35 years with Fortune 500 Enterprise Sales & customer service experience in the High Technology industry to know better. I will never ever again purchase my cbd gummies for pain, from this company again. It would not surprise me at all if Rosalind or management responded negating my review.
