Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Great documentation with excellent communication and a very fast turnaround to top it off. they stayed late and had it all done very quickly for something so short notice. They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. Just the facts... Took vehicle in for dragging rear brakes…read more Diagnosis was need all new brakes. $1200. High, but OK, do it. Got it back, and brakes still dragging. Apparently needs new calipers. Another $800. No choice - do it. Caliper bolts not torqued properly. One fell out on the I-90 off ramp. Bang, bang, bang. Scary. They fixed it, but that was overall an expensive job to have it end in a brake failure. 1 star. They were courteous and did eventually fix the brakes. ...but I can't recommend, and will never go back to Marks.

I contacted Budweiser Motors because I was having issues with my car on my way home from work. I…read morespoke with Shawn and he allowed me to come in right away to see what the issue was. When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. After I got home, I got an email from the customer service representative stating the she made a mistake and my battery was covered under that warranty. I proceeded to call Budweiser and Karla answered the call. While speaking with Karla and informing her that I had the bumper to bumper warranty on my car and confirmation from Chevrolet that the battery was supposed to be covered she chose to try to argue that the warranty did not cover this and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me to forward the email to Budweiser for review and someone would contact me. I did in fact forward that information. Shawn eventually called me back about 30 minutes later and apologized for the mistake of not checking into the warranty while I was there earlier. He told me to come in the following day so he could collect the information he needed off the battery and he was going to have a refund check waiting for me. THANK YOU, Shawn for making the experience better! You deserve 5 stars. Karla...you deserve only 1 star, and that is being generous.
