I was told no, but clearly they had no idea how to remove run flats without destroying the tire. Thanks for nothing. BTW, one back tire for my car is $800 each. This dealership is shady and full of scammers. They serviced my car but there is no record of the…read moreservice at all. How is there no record of the work they told me they completed? Was my car even inspected or looked over or did they just claim they did the work. When I purchased my 2022 BMW X3 I was told the owners manual was missing because they gave it to someone else who purchased a car and that they order me a new one. I received that in the mail after calling and emailing them 4 months later asking where it was. Then realized my car was also missing the warranty booklet and when I asked for it I was told that every car comes with a owners manual and warranty booklet and that they won't replace it, even though it was supposed to come with my car. They also made it seem like I lost the original owners manual and they just kindly sent me a replacement as a courtesy which was not the case. I have also received the run around when trying to bring up issues and concerns with staff. Definitely not good customer service. I had to call BMW corporate to even receive a phone call back. Then I had 2 other BMWs state I need new tires and the tread wear is bad measuring around .5mm yet this service center said that my tires are fine and only need to be replaced before winter and that the other BMW "is probably just trying to get me to buy tires from them" the manager told me they gave me a discounted rate on tires only for the price to be the exact same that I received from one of their service technicians. The price the manager gave is also $300 more than the price another BMW told me for the exact same tires and installation without a discount. Horrible experience all together.

When spoke with sales associate on the phone was told that the price didn't include BMW certification. The car is listed as certified on BMW site, on dealer site and even on carfax, which is false advertising. When called their sales manager, Dimitrios, I was accused of lowballing, interrupted when tried to explain my frustration in a very rude way. Very surprising to see this type of experience with BMW. It seems like they are not interested selling the car.

Red flag No.1: I had called to see if I had any warranties on my diesel Chevy Cruze. To see if it's under warranty. I told Brian in the service department SEVERAL times to not do any work on my car until they consult with me first. If I didn't have any warranty coverage, I couldn't afford that place. At all. I told him several times while looking him in his eye. Red flag No.2: I couldn't get ahold of Brian for several days. Every time I called he was on the phone. I dropped my car off on Monday, got ahold of him Wednesday evening. All of the sudden I owe $450.
