They installed a 2021 instead of a recent one- we saw the label after it was installed the next day. During the install after they put everything back together, my valve was now (cracked) leaking. It was working perfectly fine before they replaced the filter. They put silicone on it, and that didn't work. When I reached out about the valve still leaking . . He said it needed to get replaced and they were going to charge me to replace the valve that they broke. We ended up calling a different company to come out and replace the valve.

Ive never had a pool before but i believe i received a fair price for the liner after hearing that other companies will overcharge, plus i included a sand filter replacement. There was a small issue with the bottom of the pool but the fix was super easy and Robert let us know the best way to go about dealing with it. He set the new filter up while i was at work the following day after the pool filled with water. After 2 years, the salt water chlorinator failed. Brian's (the owner) response was to charge me $1,200 for a new one, which I rejected because I found one for $150 on Amazon. Of course, Brian warned me about quality to which my response was that the $1,200 unit only lasted 2 years, so I can buy 8 of the Amazon units before I spend $1,200. Recently, I noticed staining and holes in a section of the pool wall. Once again, no helpful response from Brian, only offered to sell us another pool. Just replaced the pool, from Niagara Pools and turns out a failure was imminent with a large section of the wall rusted and the base rusted out in several locations. Brian shows no loyalty as we had purchased a pool and a hot tub from him at our previous home plus an all of our supplies. As I said in the beginning, no customer service. Run the other way!
