This spring will be our sixth year of owning our custom built Swim-Mor pool and I have to say that we still remain absolutely thrilled with our purchase. From the beginning, Swim-Mor was very easy to work with, and helped us understand all of our options in designing and building the pool, and they finished the project within one week of their original estimate with no surprise costs or problems. We have since used them for opening and closing the pool as well as regular weekly maintenance and the service has been perfect. When we started on the process of building the pool, we had many people tell us that we wouldn't use it after the first few years. However, I want to say that we use it MORE now than when we did six years ago - in fact, we use it nearly every day throughout the entire season. Over the past several winters, my wife has frequently remarked that she can't wait for the pool to be open again. This pool has added so much to our lives! At the risk of sounding immodest, I have to say that the pool is absolutely beautiful. It fits perfectly into our wooded landscape and almost looks like a natural part of the environment. We had our initial consultation with Craig Sharkey in September. Craig was knowledgable and listened to our desires for a pool. We described what we were looking for and the designs we had in mind. We closed out the consultation with Craig indicating he would create a design and set up a meeting. We had our meeting a few weeks later in October and the designs were gorgeous. Craig explained what we created and the why behind it. Next steps were to contact the township and get alignment on the designs. That was over two months ago and we haven't heard from Craig since. We've called the office several times and Brian said he would leave a message for Craig each time. During my last call, I asked Brian if I can speak with another consultant so we could move forward....still nothing. We've emailed and texted without response. The lack of customer service is astounding. We are tired of chasing them so we're going to move forward with another company. read more

Owner is non existant and only wants your check. Signed contract in November, promised swimming by July 4, now its Septemeber 26 and still not complete. Owner is extremly unprofessional and instead of coming to customers house to see the issues, hides behind a lack of management and only wants payments. Read the contract payment terms closely. They want 95% of contract at the time of concrete. This is about 30% of the overall pool construction. They have no concept how to stage a construcion project and we are very dissastified with the overall process. read more

All pool companies can test the water or clean a filter. But having someone to help with scheduling, openings, closings, changes, etc is essential. Once they get your money they don't ever follow through with what they say they are doing. It's been one year since our pool opened and we have blue plaster falling off and it's like your walking on sand in the pool. No one comes out and fixes the issue. I have called and emailed them over 10 times and they won't do anything about it. They did a terrible job at opening the pool. they don't communicate with you when they are coming. They say they came to clean it when our camera showed they never did. They did not have the Auto fill floater in the pool and it overflowed. no honesty or integrity. STAY AWAY read more

No communication from them and Eric/Michelle love to argue about their own screwups!! I have been having problems with the pool since the start of construction when the foreman dug the hole in the wrong spot in-spite of being told where is should go and being insulting and indignant about the location stating that he has been digging pools for many years and he knows best. After working for more than half the day in the wrong spot he finally realized the error and filled in the hole and began to dig in the correct location. From there Swim Mor Pools made so many error that I will post here as I have time. Fast forward to today - the tiles continue to fall off and we have an electrical violation from the Boro and no effective response from Swim-Mor pools. I would not use them again and hope they will just complete the work and get the project signed off by the Boro. read more

They built a great pool, but don't expect great customer service or for them to stand behind their product. Just recently, the pool heater stoped working. First they said that the wait time for a service was 10 days. I found that to be frustrating enough, but then they stood me up on the appointment and never showed up! Without even an apology, they told me that I'm now back to the end of the line and have to wait another 10 days for them to come. They didn't show up then either!! They finally showed up more than a month later and fixed it, and of course stuck me with a huge bill. The worst part of the whole thing is that they just don't care. They would never apologize or even show sympathy for being such jerks. They basically tell you "take it or leave it." I wish I knew this before using them to build the pool. read more

The guys that come out on a weekly basis are very nice and take their time to inform you about whats going on with your pool.
