The location is in Boca, which is great. At first, the reception area was a bit small, so I was a little concerned about what was behind the main door that leads to the rooms. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were neat, had that peaceful massage atmosphere, and were clean. Nice and quiet. The lady with the red hair at the reception area was also very pleasant, which was a nice introduction to the place. Pretty woman. And the price was good. My boyfriend and I live close by we had been contemplating getting massages but didn't know where. we chose this spot based on their reviews and buy we were not disappointed. when we got there we were greeted immediately and everyone was so nice. We chose to do the couples massages the set up was very nice and they had a wide range of essential oils to choose from. They also have a deal between certain times and massages are discounted I thought that was very neat. the massage was fantastic and I left feeling like a new person we will definitely be back. I booked a massage with Jason three days in advance, which was also confirmed twice with the owner, actually on the day, but 45 minutes before she called me to switch up my appointment from 5 to 5.30. I told her this was not possible for me, but she told me Jason was now busy with another client and that she tells customers NOT to ask for a certain masseur as she cant guarantee it, most probably due to walk-ins ! I told her she had not once told me that and when I booked and I was very specific who I wanted. I explained that living in Boca, there is a huge choice of spa's and that this had never happened to me previously at any other spa in the area.. She told me again that it is the policy, so I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. I don't actually think she really cared. In fact another friend booked a massage with Jason for sixty minutes several months back, and when she arrived she was told that Jason did not have the energy to now to a sixty minute massage and that he could only do thirty, so she left too. I had such an uncomfortable experience here. My masseuse straddled my neck and sat on my legs during the massage along with leaving the room multiple times. When she would leave she would leave the door open and wouldn't cover me with the sheet before doing so. I was very uncomfortable. I was hounded to leave a better tip than I wanted.
