Had a horrible experience here. The woman who answered the phone tried to tell me they only accept Groupon during the day (not noted on Groupon) before reluctantly doing me a favor and scheduling a 6pm massage. The woman at the front came into the room during my massage to yell at the guy doing my massage. When I told her she was disturbing me, she continued in an angry whisper. Once the massage was "over", the massage therapist disappeared but the massage was cut short. 15 minutes short! I complained and she yelled at me that I was late- but I was on time and waited in front. Really poor customer service, do not recommend. read more

The environment is very plain Jane but if you're looking for the best massage and not the pampering you've got to give them a try. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for 10am but unfortunately had an emergency to handle prior to the appointment time and I called 1 hour before the time to notify them to see if we could push the time back or reschedule. The woman who answered the phone said that I can come for 10:30 latest and I explained to her that I was dealing with an emergency situation and that would not work and I can reschedule for any other day, however she then hung the phone up in my face and I tried calling back 3 times with no response. So I waited about 30 minutes and I called back one more time and the same woman answered the phone and the minute she heard my voice she hung up the phone again. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, Sometimes people have emergencies that are unexpected, handled very poorly by this business. read more

Don't waste your time or money at this "spa". My husband purchased a Groupon for me in which it wasn't allowed to be used on weekends- no issue I can rebook- except for the way the woman up front was speaking to me regarding booking. The way the woman made me feel as if though I was being "dishonest" for not mentioning that I had a Groupon when I didn't know that was to be done in the first place. AS IF HAVING A GROUPON IS AN ISSUE OR FROWNED UPON! I showed it to her upon arrival and that's when the issue began. The money was paid to the business so I'm not sure why she sent a paying customer away. I was told that I "wasted their time" although I arrived on time (early) for my massage and paid in advance! The place has been renovated since my last visit so do not rely on the pictures. Before they had a room with reclining chairs where you could enjoy a foot massage with a group of friends, but that room no longer exists. Now they have rooms with your choice of 2 or 1 massage tables, which left me to my massage solo when I went with 2 other friends. My masseuse was not the best. A lot of rubbing instead of massaging. The reason I went was for a foot massage which was mediocre at best. My opinion is they're catering to late night massages and based on their current "64.99 Gentlemen Massage" advertised on Yelp, I'm right. I get it though. They're a small business who has to pay Boca rents. I'll go across Palmetto for my foot massages. I'll return for a happy ending. read more
