That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. Getting off my soapbox just to add that booking and paying for the service was easy and took a handful of minutes. Thank you, Richard!

The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced. But I definitely recommend them as you won't regret the results! I would do business in the future!

Grease marks, red stains, bubblegum, animal fur, and unidentifiable odors will cover your clothes IF you can even find a washer or dryer that actually works AND IF you can manage to make the coins go in the machines as well. The dryers do not dry properly. They allow all the kids to run around like animals under your feet screaming their heads off. They even have signs about no complaining about their faulty equipment. The car wash has been known to NOT dispense soap and the brushes are so dried and eaten up they will damage your car. The vacuums do not work and a homeless guy staying in his creepy grey suburban stands at the vacuums EVERY DAY just watching you attempt to take care of your things. DO NOT RUIN YOUR CLOTHES! When I pulled up, I was greeted right away. I explained that my truck needed a thorough exterior wash and that the interior of my truck was desperate for cleaning too. The young man asked me to pull around so we could discuss it further. Once there, I let him know my truck bed and bed cover also needed to be sprayed out. I brought cash to tip if they did a good job. He told me that service was only $35, which honestly shocked me--in the best way. Most car washes alone with a pre-scrub are $25 in Leander. He reminded me to pull my mirrors in, then brushed my truck thoroughly before I went through the wash. He then sprayed out the entire bed and rolled the cover out and cleaned it too. It looked fantastic and did not even look like the same truck bed. After pulling forward for the interior cleaning, I let the team know I was ready to tip and pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention. I have young children who practically live in my truck, so it definitely needed some extra care. Before leaving, I asked if it was okay for me to check everything myself to see if anything else needed to be touched up. This team responded with "Yes, ma'am" and smiles, and they took care of everything without hesitation. I tipped another $35--worth every penny. I do not have the time, nor did I want to spend money on supplies I'd only use once and then store for months. My interior, exterior, and rims are spotless, and I will absolutely be back.
