The misfiring was due to a relatively inexpensive thing, but he could have easily scammed me, and charged me more. Also, he told me how my misfiring problem could be diagnosed, when two other places told me they couldn't do it the way he said he could. I even got a ride to and from home. I'll definitely be going back there. I talked to a customer while I waited, and he said he wouldn't go anywhere else. Just look for the little place with a packed parking lot.

The belts broke due to a water pump failure. They had installed the water pump a couple of years ago. They did the repairs and check for any other issues. We discussed and they fixed exactly what they said and the bill was exactly what it should have been. The next day my truck was dead in the driveway. Robert and another tech, Rocky, came to my house. They diagnosed a battery issue and drove it back to the shop. Robert got my battery exchanged on warranty, fixed a battery connection issue I had. When I picked it up he tossed me the keys and just said, "Your all set". Hsaid he would fix anything that could strand me. So he did. That's All Star service.
