A couple of weeks ago, I called Don Nichols Plumbing in a panic when my tankless water heater…read moresuddenly stopped producing hot water. Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. Everyone I interacted with--from start to finish--was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I won't hesitate to use Don Nichols Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

I could tell that Beau had quite a lot of experience and I felt confident that his crew would exceed my expectations and I was right. His plumbers Eric and Daniel along with Beau showed up exactly on time to do the installation of a new flexible gas line to our backyard firepit and a separate gas line to our firebox inside our home for a new gas insert. Eric and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly, and do great work! Their expertise is obvious. They also completed the job well ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with Beau Jacks Plumbing and highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

I had a leak coming from the ceiling and I was mega-stressed about it, as I wasn't sure what was…read morecausing it, and I also didn't know whether to find a general contractor (to tear out ceiling and inspect) or find a plumber first. I saw that this business had great reviews and that Anthony did both plumbing and general contracting so it seemed like a good way to go. I'm glad I called Anthony. He was very eager to talk me through exactly what he was looking for and how he ruled out various problems. He said he liked to explain every step of his examination so his clients understood his reasoning and process and so they knew they were getting a solid value and no unnecessary repairs. In the end, he ended up finding a gnarly (but only intermittent) leak from one of my sinks. He replaced at a fair price and did a great job and even did extra sealing in the bathroom that wasn't part of the fix. He also gave me further advice on what other items should be addressed (due to the leak and other neglected items) but zero pressure to try and get them done now. I was very happy with the service provided!

I've hired Anthony multiple times because he does such great work! Most recently I discovered a…read moreleak in my fire sprinkler system and when he inspected it he noted that the water softener installed by Culligan was reducing the size of the piping upstream from the sprinkler system potentially reducing its effectiveness--though that wasn't the cause of the leak, it could have caused problems in a fire. So he re-did the pipes and suggested installing a Moen Flo device--a whole home automated water shutoff valve in case some other pipe started leaking. His suggestion saved me some money on my homeowner's insurance premiums and I have piece of mind that my house won't flood if a pipe breaks! Previously I hired him to come fix our kitchen disposal and he discovered that our remodeling contractor didn't put an angle in the pipe, causing water to sit--when opened up, the pipe was half-full with debris even though the remodel was only 5 years ago. A new disposal and properly installed pipe saved me a ton of headache in the future! The first time I met him he correctly installed a toilet and vanity from yet another remodeling contractor who did it wrong! He is very straightforward about his pricing and has great advice about the best replacement parts for things that were done incorrectly or poorly by the "other guy".

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work Franklin performed on my house…read more I had a very bad slab leak which was causing my floor to be hot and water to come up through the floor, which also damaged my floor. This process was a HUGE headache. I called a leak detection company, and all they did was come out and use some sort of sonor equipment. They "located the leak" and put tape on the floor, to mark the spot but told me they needed to break concrete in order to get to the pipe, and fix the leak. I didn't go with it because I figured $15,000.00 was way too much. I called another local plumber and all he did was cut holes in my walls looking for GOD KNOWS WHAT. And worse HE REEKED OF MARIJUANA. He cut a bunch of holes in my walls just to tell me he can't fix it. Keep in mind this is DAY 2 OF NO WATER... By the third day I am extremely frustrated and angry at this situation. I go to Lowe's to try to see what I can buy so that I can at least shower and I see the CM PLUMBING truck. I reached out to Franklin. I explained the situation and in a quick explanation Franklin basically mapped out my whole house. even though he had never been to my house. He was very cheerful and he seemed so eager and happy to help me out. Jokingly I said "you're my new plumber" and he responded with " I'm not just a plumber, I'm your best friend". He came to my house and within 2 hours he located the leak, stopped it. And turned my water back on. Turned out it was the kitchen sink pipe. He came back the next day and rerouted the pipe.. without having to break the concrete floor... And he even did me the favor of replacing my toilet with no additional charge. (I bought it of course) Wow I am just amazed. I highly recommended this company. And I will definitely be calling back. THANK YOU CM PLUMBING! AND THANK YOU FRANKLIN! Excellent communication, excellent quality of work, and a broad range of services including network wiring and Lutron programming, both of which are extremely hard to find. The entire team (every electrician who has been at our home) is well-trained, well-groomed and well-behaved. Sadly, that's rare in the building trades, at least in our experience. Communication via email, phone and texting is lightning fast. I'm thinking he has a twin brother hidden away somewhere answering those texts.
