Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. Everyone I interacted with--from start to finish--was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I won't hesitate to use Don Nichols Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

It took him about 20-25'. The technician was skilled, polite and efficient. I wrote them a check, but I was not given a written estimate, nor was I given a receipt. NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. Copperfield Plumbing is a reputable and flexible business and a good choice if your due diligence is complete.

Tried to make an appt after hours via the app but it was a big hassle so I decided to wait and call…read morein the AM. I was then contacted by text by a robot masquerading as a human offering to help me make an appt. I stupidly made the appointment. What followed was tons of phone calls purporting to be from the business (the robot told me to ignore if I wanted to keep my appt., so I did). Finally they got through to me, explained that they are using AI (and not training it for the job) and so the appointment it made me, the price it quoted me, and all the info I gave it were not in their system. In addition, the appt was scheduled for a time that is not available and the price was incorrectly quoted. I had changed my schedule to accommodate the original appointment time and now this human wants me to change it all back cause they gave the call to a robot who gave me an appointment at a time not available? I spent over an hour trying to set up this appointment between the calls and texts and ended up cancelling. I just need a filter cleaned on a mini-split. Shouldn't be this hard. I don't do business with companies who are too lazy or too cheap to answer the phone but rather let robots incorrectly give out information to customers. Life is too short. There are plenty of plumbers around.
