I took my car back and they offered to take a look even though they knew it wasn't attached to any work they previously did. Only 20 mins later they were able to determine that it's a common issue with my car and they even offered to fix it, though they don't usually do that type of work. They had me order the part on Amazon, charged me a flat labor fee an asked me to comeback for the install. When I went back for the install it took them maybe 30 mins and it was completely fixed and recommended a shop if the issue ever happens again. He makes no sense when he speaks and he's terrible at communication and if I were to not check on my watch he would have simply kept it.
