You can reserve a car/truck online but I called because I was on a time limit and wanted to make sure we got one for the day/time I needed it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the van I rented was practically brand new with very few miles on it. The van was very clean and well maintained. Depending on the day you rent, the charge per mile is either .79 or .99 cents during a weekend. They offer a $10 insurance coverage plan in case of an accident that is so worth it. I highly recommend getting the coverage just in case. You do not want to be responsible or liable if something were to happen. They do ask not to leave the inside of the vans/ cars very dirty or they charge a mandatory fee of $250. I highly recommend them if you need a van to move for a few hours, fast friendly service.

However the white lady was rushing because her shift was over and said "I'm not listening to anything else you say. I already heard you. You can't rent it." But he didn't even finish what he had to say. Her shift ended around 3:00pm. She is racist and rude to non native people and so is anyone else who works there. She especially needs to get fired.

The rate was cheaper than other locations but the benefits end there. I called a few hours prior to schedule pickup and Keith was very short on the phone when I simply asked to confirm they had my car type on hand. Once I arrived, Keith was still there and was just as rude. He "upgraded" me to a truck that was dirty with a dented bumper. In the future, I wouldn't rent from this location and my experience here has me rethinking if I'd use Budget again.

The owner of this rental agency overcharged rental fees by more than a week simply because he did…read morenot go look in the lot for the car, despite that the national office had been contacted and informed that the car had been returned. The national office has records that I called to report the car returned, and made notes in the file on the company's accessible computer system. I called the national office because this location does not have a key drop off box and I returned the car after hours with the keys in the car and wanted them to know it was there. The owner of this location chose to pretend he did not see the report nor the car until a week later and charged my card for more than a week's worth of extra days despite the fact that the car had been sitting in his own lot the whole time. I was never informed, not one day, two days or three days after the car rental was due, that he thought I still had it. I had no contact until more than a week later. It's not my fault he didn't bother to look in his lot, or look at the file to see that the car was returned. It was just an excuse he used to get more money from my card. Laziness on his part to not see his car in the lot or call the customer to ask about why it was not returned, to which I would have informed him that it is right there in his lot and the national office had already been informed.

A guy, Craig, came out and began talking to me about the Nissan that I was peaking in the windows of. I walked around to the other side of the vehicle and asked Craig about the missing antenna. He advised that someone had stolen the antennas of that and some other vehicles some time ago. He "assured me" that this hadn't been commonplace in his years in business. When they pulled the rental up it was a bucket (meaning the car looked bad). It had considerable damage to the body and the bumber was cracked completely in half. Tanya (the rental agent) spoke with my boyfriend and when I asked about the damage she said 'dont worry about it, the car is for sale as is.' We drove the car for the designated week and returned it. I was charged an extra $85 - when I inquired about why, he said that the mileage was 'slightly over." To the tune of $85, I think not. I drove from work to home, and ONCE to the grocery store ON THE WAY back from work ...how was it possibly "over." I asked that someone have Tanya call me back when she got in the office. I heard nothing from her. The charge did not appear on my card after 3 days. I ignorantly assumed the error had been corrected. Several days later, I check my bank balance to find that $250 have been taken from my account from Bargain Xpress. I called immediately. Tanya says "There was damage to the door, like someone tried to break into the car." I said okay, when did this damage occur because at the time of drop off noone made any mention of break in damage to the car. She said she couldnt tell me. I advised that I wanted to see a receipt for the cost of repair to the tune of $250. She stated that the damage wasnt going to be repaired as the car was going to be sold as-is. I then asked what the $250 is for if the damage wasnt going to be corrected. She said its the holding fee....WTF!?! I asked if the damage had been on their lot. Tanya stated that regardless, the car (including damage to it) was our responsibility until the "final audit" had been completed...even though it had been a FULL WEEK since I had dropped the car off! I advised that I was going to bring someone to her location to give me an estimate of the cost of repair and that I'd like to see any paperwork she has regarding the condition of the car and cost of repairs. She then said "I cant tell you that the car will still be here when you get here." Really! That sounds to me like you're going to hide the car as to not have to provide me the information I'm looking for.... These people are scam artists! There cars are junk - (let me say that my use of the word just is not opinion, as I went to the auto repair shop and detailer that this company uses to ask about their business practices and was advised by several members of the repairs shop staff to be wary of that organization because they had been asked to many "patch jobs" on vehicles for sale on their lot") DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
