Tom Stepp is outstanding. There was confusion with my order. I expected it would be a draining difficult process (if not impossible) to make a change to my custom already installed blinds. Seriously, you could not get better customer service than with Tom at Budget Blinds in Elkorn anywhere, regardless of industry. Tom came out to take a look and discuss, by the time he left I was so positively assured by and comfortable with Tom that I gave him access to my home (it is a summer place) and did not feel it necessary to drive up when he was finished to approve. I simply knew it would be right. All is well, but I am not sure how I feel about the person that originally came out. After realizing blinds were not exactly what I expected, she happily came back to see the blinds. After that, she became impossible to contact. I spoke with the receptionist several times. She was not sure why I wasn't hearing back although she had left messages. I am sorry I do not remember her name. She was always professional and I could tell she honestly cared. After a few attempts, she had Tom call me. After which things couldn't have been better. My blinds are beautiful and I would recommend Budgets Blinds in Elkhorn without hesitation. read more

I had a skylight window replaced in my condo and Jamie had to come out to reinstall the blind he put in a few months ago. Well of course it did not fit!!!! So I order another one and he comes back out and not only replaces it but brings clips for my valances that fell down due to all the pounding when the roofers replaced the roof and windows on the condo.
