Whiney's bar at the Fuzzy Pig has the best Pizza I have eaten in the Walworth/Rock County area. It is such a quaint, cozy place, wonderful staff, and they make a mean dirty martini. The menu looks great, but all we ever get is a large sausage pizza. Their outdoor pizza oven does such a fantastic job of cooking their pizza, which is made with the freshest ingredients and some amazing sausage. As people who split time between Wisconsin and the Chicago area, we are always to the point where we flip a coin, whether you want smash burgers at another location in Delevan or Pizza. We always do the 35 minute ride to Whitewater to get a sausage pizza at this site. I cannot recommend it more highly, and they have great music on weekends as well. read more

Hot tub, wonderful gift items, ladies, clothing, holiday decor, antiques it's a wonderful place to wander through on an afternoon. The restaurant is only open Friday Saturday and Sunday so we hope to make it there before we leave the area in October. read more

Beautiful gem I found online while looking for Christmas trees! What a surprise to find the Fuzzy Pig full of unique treasures both antique and modern. Large barn converted into retail store was beautifully decorated for Christmas and stocked with an arrangement of ornaments, toys, New clothing boutique, locally grown products and so much more! I eat a lot of pizza. This was probably the most boring I have ever had. Ordered three separate variations and they all tasted the same. Most pizza has this thing called seasoning on it - not here. The server did not submit our order so after 30 minutes when we asked about our order, it finally went in. After waiting over 45 minutes and spending $75, it just wasn't worth it. To top it all off, my wife got a horrible stomachache after eating just 2 slices! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. There are better pizzas options closer to home, even frozen pizza is better. read more

The fuzzy pig itself is interesting if you are into antiques and that kind of thing. It is pretty expensive but it can be fun to just wander. My problem is with the restaurant...I think it is called "The Heritage Room." There is not one vegetarian option but I guess that is somewhat understandable considering it is in the middle of nowhere. My real problem was that they charged me $0.50 when I asked for a lemon in my disgusting tasting well water. Seriously? You are going to charge for a slice of lemon. Maybe I am nuts but that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. Also, the coffee was luke warm at best and bitter, the soup was cold and the place was freezing. Maybe they are trying to save a buck by keeping everything cold and charging for lemon slices?!?! I will never go back. Oh, and by the way...the food was awful too! Over the course of this summer, the owner has been investing in quite a few upgrades to his space. There is now extensive, gravelled parking, and it looks like they'll be ready to go with a barber shop and hunt club in the next few months. I just had an excellent lunch here! We came by with s group of 12 ladies to lunch and shop at the charming store. The menu is well-balanced with a variety of entrees, salads, sandwiches, and soups. I had a yummy homemade potato and bacon soup and others had a mainstay on the menu....French Onion. For my main course I had a spinach salad with warm bacon dressing and I added chicken. Most others had the Shepherd's Pie or the Chicken Pot Pie. All came out of the oven bubbly and hot! All portions were very generous. Our compliments to the cook! The wait staff could not have been more attentive or friendly. What a lovely experience! We'll definitely go back! The shopping was fun too! read more

My husband wanted to visit Whitewater. I looked up a few places on Yelp and we headed out. First stop The Fuzzy Pig, located out in the middle of farmland, in a converted farmhouse and barn. In the house they serve lunch and only on Sunday (Today) breakfast. When we arrived we saw a cute little farm. But, the real cuteness is inside the home/restaurant. First, there is an old fashion soda shop, small, but cute. Then around the corner are several rooms for seating. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which I make at home from scratch often, so I asked if the Hollandaise sauce was from scratch and was told yes. Ok, that settles that. It was very good. Then after breakfast we walked through 3 stories of antiques, homemade soaps, knitted blankets, handmade winter gloves, along with lots of new items for decorating. And, the serve was amazing, the people friendly and the restrooms (which I don't normally notice) were cute themselves and very clean. And, it appears they are expanding into an additional building, so we are looking forward to our next visit. oh and my Yorkie stayed the heated truck for breakfast, but they let me bring him shopping, and he found a new doggie bed. read more

Haven't been to the FP in a while, but from what I remember, the food was pretty good. Your standard American sandwich and burger fare. The bread they use for sandwiches is pretty interesting, very doughy and risen high. They also make good potato salad as a side. Sort of pricey for the amount of food you get, but you're supporting a local business so I would say it's worth it. What makes this place unique is that there's this small-town craft shop right next to it, so it makes for a good post-meal, digestion diversion. One complaint is the location. I wish they would consider moving closer to town instead of where they are now. read more

Our Red Hat group met there this week. We were disappointed as the reservations were made about 1 month ago. When they came to our table to take our order, we were informed that one side of the table would be served first, the other side second, and since we were late, due to getting lost, we would be served last, stating they had a very small kitchen. When reservations are made for a group we should be informed that you cannot accommodate that many at one time, or else, state we will be given three choices, which can be prepared ahead of time. The waitress/think owner had someone else help her, but she said, she is just a fly by night, what an awful description of someone helping you out. We will not come again, due to this. Some of the food was not hot, and one of our elderly ladies was given a hard time. read more

It's great to see small businesses trying to make it in this economy! But, sadly this restaurant was not up to par. When we arrived on site, it appeared as an old, out of date farm with animals running all over the place. We entered the cute, family like restaurant with high hopes of delicious home cooked meals. Our waiter was unpleasant, and the service was extremely slow. The food was not very good and all of our dishes came out at totally different times. Save your money and go to McDonald's. This is one of the most discussing places I have eaten at. If I had noticed the unsanitary conditions when I entered I would not have stayed to eat. The front entry way is covered in cat urine and has a very potent smell. There was urine stains both inside the restaurant and out. At the "soda shop" there was a large puddle of urine behind the counter. I am a cat loving person and I was overwhelmed by the large number of them around the grounds. I understand that they are part if the charm but could somebody get them fixed? Take donations or call the humane society to get them place in homes? Very pretty, country restaurant and really nice people. The day we were there the cook also had to be the server and she did a good job at doing both. I do agree that the portions are small for the price but the food was fresh with good flavor. We very much liked the potato salad and apple baked beans. We will definitely be back to the restaurant. We stopped by the store and it is huge! The owner did an amazing job restoring and building out the barn. I've been here twice now, & am planning to take my boyfriend back for his birthday. It's a beautiful drive, very charming place, and awesome food. This was the most disgusting place I had to eat at !!!!!!! This place was chosen for a family Christmas get together in which we had an entire large room to ourselves one long table which was very nice but I couldn't get past the very strong cat urine odor coming from well it seemed like everywhere and as I'm about to receive my food I realize the cat is rubbing up against my chair being that I'm at a resturant I gently nudge the cat away not saying anything to anyone I then decide I really feel the need to wash my hands so I get up and go to the restroom and as I get to the restroom another cat runs in front of me so at this point I really sart looking around I counted 15 cats outside and in. I did not eat my food and I can not believe that owners of a place that serves food would think this was a good idea. In closing this place should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
