I took it to Gulf Coast and they found that the valve stem had never been changed out and had my tire pressure problem fixed in 20 minutes for $40. They were also willing to answer all my questions! Well done! When we decided on the tires based on their recommendation, with their estimate in hand, we went to our dealership and gave them a chance to suddenly come up with the tires they no longer had, and provide them at a cheaper rate, (note: they did not know that we had an estimate from another location) Not only did they beat airport tires price, but they also provided us with free laser alignment. So, airport Tire did not get our business this time, but they are in a Rolodex now, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future.

Come to find out here recently.. after series of issues, the new compressor I asked for is actually refurbished and wasn't even mounted correctly and caused a few more thousand dollars in repairs. (Like hand tightened bolts or even missing ones.) Now you could say someone else could have messed with the compressor since then... sadly I do not go to the mechanic enough for that to be possible. :)

Took about 45 minutes to fix, website states 15 minutes. I thought the price for the patch was kind of high, $25. I think I'll stick with tire works which is also in Saraland (at least for tires). I believe I've paid $10 there, and I know they have done it free for me there too. That's all I can say at this point because that's the only service I have done (tire patch). They did say that it would cost $125 for an oil change on a GMC Sierra 1500. I think that may be a little high too, but I didn't ask what all they do on an oil change.

They put the wrong oil in my truck, then argued with me and blamed me. No, you put the wrong oil in the truck. Josh called me 3 or 4 times trying to get paid. He didn't care about me or my vehicle I disputed the charge in my credit card. That's the only reason Josh called me back. And they did not correct the oil change. I went to the dealer to get it corrected. They did offer me a future oil change if I just agreed to let them keep the money they didn't earn. Disgusting. I went to another express, simple alignment. I went there for an alignment on my truck, they had the truck 2 hours to rotate the tires and align, needless to say the alignment is not right at all, wheel not straight and truck pulls to the right, it was better b4 their alignment. I find that express says they can do this and that but I tried them for simple repairs and they did not get it right. I got an oil change they used the wrong oil and then tried to blame it I. Me. Josh said I requested the wrong oil, dishonest. The vehicle spec tell you what oil to use. Fact is they did not put spec oil in. And would not have if I didn't insist. The guys are always willing to help they just don't get it right. Now I still need an alignment . I want a refund for the alignment as well!
