Was 2 days late driving into a gas station a truck blocked me in, not knowing whom it was suspecting car jacking I maneuvered around, continued chase attempting to block in I then feared for my and my girlfriends life maneuvered again, truck continued pursuit at a high rate of speed I then turned down a side road and was able to make out the name on vehicle as they passed and flipped me the bird. I am a 22 year Army Vet whom is 100% disabled due to traumatic brain injury and PTSD from injuries suffered in combat. I have had life threatening issues with convoy operations and feel Rimtyme was malicious in its attempt to recover a 2 day late payment which put myself, my girlfriend and numerous motorist on the road IN DANGER with their unlawful hi speed pursuit. I had no idea what was going on who it was etc. Also the installation of my rims was not within any industry specs, the wheel studs are about 1/4 to 1/2 inch too short therefore again their maintenance practices are extremely unsafe. I complained they told me their policy is 5 turns on lug nuts, mine are 3 to 3.5 and well below Audi specifications. I have had to retorque lug nuts several times to ensure safe operation. In closing the business practices of this company are more like the works of a mafia style organization. Blatant disregard to safety in all aspects being vehicle maintenance, personal injury to innocent motorist and psychological issues caused by illegal and inappropriate bill collection. Im 46 years old 22 year veteran whom has resided in many states and countrys and have never thought I would see actions from a reputable business like the ones I have seen here. I described the damage to one wheel and he asked me to send him some photos so he could get me an estimate. I sent two photos and my contact info that same day. He also said he would get back to me by Friday. I didn't hear from him so I sent a follow up text the next Tuesday morning (May 28th) asking for an estimate. Today is Wednesday the 29th and I still have not had a return call. I assume he is not interested in the job for whatever the reason or maybe his tech is not available but I consider it unprofessional not to at least call me back and say so.

Yes it was my own fault I didn't keep track of them charging me but they NEVER went over this part of the contract. They just told me what I needed to pay to own the tires. Believe me I would have never signed this bullshit contract. This is the absolute worst business I've ever dealt with in my entire life.
