Customer service has always been friendly and professional, which I truly appreciate. My only ongoing concern is vehicle availability. I rent from this location at least once a month, typically for two-week rentals, and I always select all the premium options. However, I frequently do not receive the vehicle class I reserve and often end up with a smaller vehicle than requested. I've mentioned this several times, but it doesn't seem to have led to any change. If you're flexible about the type of vehicle you drive, I'd easily give this location 5 out of 5 stars based on the staff alone. But if, like me, vehicle size matters--especially when traveling with children and needing adequate space--you may want to consider a larger branch with more consistent inventory.

It would have took another 30-45 mins if the Enterprise booth hadn't opened up their counter around 8:30 and split the line in half. They should have a way to streamline this process and reduce the wait times. My biggest issue is they can give you a compact SUV like a Ford Escape for the price of mid-size SUV, which is $17 more per day. Apparently, rental companies have their own classification system, which makes things confusing. Online, the Escape is listed as a compact SUV, so it's misleading to pay for a midsize SUV expecting more space, only to end up with a compact vehicle anyway.

They eventually cancelled the reservation that I made and made me a new one from scratch. After the rental was complete, I was charged for 2 days despite only having the car for a little over 4 hours. Every single person I talked to on the phone acted like it was their first day. Nobody had the answers to my questions and had to ask the manager every single detail. I travel for a living and I've never had a more painful interaction in my life.

Why would any car rental company accept and give you a reservation at an airport when flights will be arriving all evening, if they are going to be closed? What a cruel way to treat loyal customers! I was told by 2. I had a doctor appt and paid tee time. I asked if they could bring the car to body shop at 2. Plenty of time to get to 3 pm dr. I was looked in the eye and told no problem. At 2:20. No car no Enterprise. Did they call to give me a heads up? Nope. I called and asked where they were. They were surprised by my call. I told them nevermind, scrambled to get a ride and missed doctor(waiting three weeks for reschedule. Friday I rescheduled for Monday. Told them first thing Monday. They say no problem. Monday morning no car no call. Just a shrug of the shoulders and next person. I ask for manager. I was talking to manager. No bueno. I ask to speak to regional but they wont give me number. They will call and talk to that manager but I am told I will get call that afternoon. I know they wont call so I say that I am staying until I hear from someone. I spend the next 30 mins talking to another displeased customer. Then I finally got a call. I tell them my situation and they say that I have to wait. I finally get a honda civic. I asked for full size as I am 6 foot 3 210 pounds. I dont do clown cars well. They say they will fix it, Im not holding my breath. If you need a car forget you are the customer and swallow your pride. You are dealing with children at this location.
