We had an issue where the supplier sent tile that was completely off color to the provided sample - this tile was completely installed in our vanity area before we saw it and picked up on the issue. Dave had it ripped out, sent back, and the correct tile installed all within a 24 hour period, no questions asked. I believe Dave's father was ill in hospital during this entire time yet he managed to provide a strong customer experience. All in all, a great local business and asset to the community. We had a very unique…read morecase where we wanted one part of our backsplash redone due to a botched job from a previous contractor. He provided an estimate within two days of me reaching out and us discussing the problem and his recommended solution. I had to buy the materials for the job (tile, grout and trim) but that was fine with me as it was stated up front. I was able to double check the exact materials with him. We weren't able to have Garik and his team come until 2 months later (due to our own reasons) but he and his team showed up on time and ready to go. Because our backsplash has a herringbone pattern, they had to cut a lot of the tile pieces to properly fit the space (poor guy came in and out so many times I lost count). The end result though is a BEAUTIFUL cohesive backsplash. We love it. We also had a separate shower tile grout crack that I wanted Garik to look at when he was here. He explained the reasoning for the crack and provided a couple of solutions. We decided to move forward with one of them (for an additional pre-approved amount) and he drove all the way to Home Depot to buy the materials and fix the crack. It looks great actually and we appreciated the extra effort! LA traffic is no joke. I reached out to a lot of tile companies and I felt like I got the best service from Garik and his team from beginning to end. Would highly reco and would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

I am only giving them 1 star because it wont let you do zero stars! I wanted to give my business to a local company so I contacted Todd at SCV Garage Professionals to get an estimate for some garage cabinetry. Todd and I set up an appointment. The appointment was at 1:00pm. At 1:40pm he still had not shown up, so I gave him a courtesy call to see if he needed directions. He answers the phone saying "ya" which took me by surprise then proceeded to tell me something came up with his girlfriends dog. Now I understand things happen in life that we have to handle BUT being a business owner I would think that it would just be common courtesy to phone your potential client to let them know you can't make it. He did not do any of that. I told him we don't need to make another appointment because my husband and I will go with another business and he said and I quote: " that's probably best since I wouldn't want to work with a cold hearted person like yourself." I am floored! First since he didn't have the common decency to call, and second when I told him I'm upset and don't want to schedule another appointment he has the audacity to insult me. BUYER BEWARE: poor business ethic at this company!!!!!! read more

I had an awesome experience with my recent garage floor epoxy install! Todd and his assistant were super friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The floor looks amazing--smooth, clean, and it really transformed the space, which I now also use as a workout area. It made the garage feel like a whole new room. They also installed overhead storage racks, which are perfect for organizing my Christmas decorations. Not only did they set everything up securely, but they also helped load the bins onto the racks--such a thoughtful and helpful touch. He started the project weather was not ideal. After several months I contacted him and said the floor was not like my neighbors. He came back and said that it would cost him additional $600. I met him half way$300.00 cash no receipt on both. The floors started to peel and flake. All contacts were done by text messages. Very late in responses or excuses out of town or not in the area. He returned and the repair was Unexceptionable, his comment was drive over it a couple of times. Today my floor has continued to flake and peel, also the epoxy is separating from the floor. I have contacted his bond and now state contractors board. Next step small claims. Don't believe his website on his warranty. You can see his unprofessional workmanship.

He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! He also gave me lots of great advice on maintaining the carpet, and walked me through other options that would be far less costly and far more costly so I could truly weigh all my options. From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery. I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early! Plus, Miguel tentatively said the actual carpeting would take 8-9 hours, but he and his team got it done in only 5 hours. (This was roughly 1,700 sq. ft. of carpet.) 5-star experience and highly recommend, for sure. Very reasonable budget and excellent quality carpet.
