We stayed here last night and I will never stay at this shothole ever again. They never cleaned the floors which is like vinyl flooring easy to clean. The pillows are the cheapest flatest pos. The ac we had to reset every hour is so hot I couldnt sleep sweating in the bed. Didn't get any sleep. I walked into the office paid for the room. When I left the office another prostitute approached ne. When I got too the room it was musty and dirty. The worst room I ever seen the floor was dirty. It stink as soon as I open the door the walls was black and dirty, scuff marks everywhere. I ask for my money back, and he said no refund so he gave me another room to look at that room was a little better, but it smelled too then when I pull the blanket back, it was dirty with chip crumbs in it. I would give negative stars.. Absolutely disgusting. The refrigerator did not work and was defrosting and leaking all over the carpet. The carpet appeared to have blood on it. Graffiti all over the room. Moldy tiles in the bathroom to accompany the dead spider hanging in the corner. The closet area had no pole to hang clothes. We were lucky if the light went on in the sink/ closet area. The hair dryer was missing.... the chairs were nasty, like they hadn't been clean EVER, plus the back was broken on one. We brought our own sheets to the throw over the bed, sometime in the middle of the night, the visitors came out. My legs were bit in multiple places. The next morning pwe asked for another room and the guy at the desk told us we had to wait til the next morning. People were fighting day and night. The 1st night the parking lot was full of cops. They stood there for quite some time. The helicopter was even out. They weren't being quiet at all. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear them as if they were right outside the door. On and off the loud speaker. For many hours. They were back in the morning as well. This place should be inspected and shut down. read more

If I could I would give this place zero stars but unfortunately I have to give them one undeserved star. First of all when we arrived there was something that we still are unsure as far as what it was splattered on the walls the roof and on the picture hanging on the wall. We informed the front desk and then had to wait for hours before somebody showed up to clean it and he didn't even clean all of it but we shrugged that off but that's just the beginning. Next we went to use the shower and there's mold on the ceiling as well as by the exhaust fan that does not work. On top of that cracked tiles on the floor that you cut your foot on every time you would step on it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, I would tell the person I hate the most in this world to stay far away from this mold infested place. Customer service? Nonexistent, I tried to speak to the front desk to which they told me there's nothing they can do I told them I have pictures of the mold and all of the disgusting things we found in the room and informed him that I would be posting these pictures on the Internet and letting people know to stay away from this place because of how disgusting it actually is, especially amidst a pandemic nobody should want to or should be able to stay at this hotel. If you can do anything to avoid this place do it. I would've rather gone to the sleaziest pay by the minute spot rather than stay here I will never ever come near this place again out of fear of contamination. I'm already in fear of what may have happened just from staying one night. So please anyone that reads this, take my advice stay somewhere else the price isn't even good for what it is and when I informed them of the room being completely disgusting and ask for a different room they refused me and asked me to pay another $90 for a different room which is 10 dollars more than the cost of a room itself. So they wanted me to pay for double the room, just to get a room that was still going to be infested with mold because when I said I want a different room the man at the desk told me that all of the rooms are infested with mold. so to my understanding this entire facility is infested with mold and should be shut down by the health department. read more

Doesn't really seem that bad at the front desk but when you actually go to the room it seems straighted and clean but the little things .. like holes in the bathroom door , dirt on the headboard, dirty floors and ac is dirty sometimes as well . elevator doesn't look that good also .. ! but still and if you have kids or you need some free wifi yourself ? dont even ask for it at the front desk ! cause it don't work at all ... tv works well ! something wrong with the sink .. and just take the regular bedding sets off and add your own just in case ! read more

This place is absolutely horrible! We paid $90 for one night (which was fine until we ran into these following problems) As soon as we walked in, the refrigerator did not work and smelt like soury mold, the toilet does not completely flush like it should, you had to pay for the ice machine that does not work and takes your money (which I've never had to pay for ice at a hotel room), there was dog shit right outside my hotel room door, their ad says free WiFi, but when you go to use it you have to have a damn login. I thought this hotel was beyond dirty.... there was no fitted sheet on the bed, when I pulled the covers down I discovered a black hairball and my hair is red!I slept in my clothes, and layed a towel on the bed to even lay down. Absolutely discusting, and I will never ever stay here again for the rest of my life! This place is old, out dates, dirty, and the worst hotel I've ever ever stayed at in my life. It's 330 and I still can't sleep because I'm so uncomfortable with the condition of this room. I wouldn't stay here ever again they were lenient on guests being in the room for one night i paid for the room with my own money but the person that put their name on the room had left that night leaving me and the other guest at the room i paid for the second night i had to leave and go to work and it was only supposed to be my guest which is a guy she came back because she left something and i get a call from my guest saying that she had started getting loud and she had went to the front desk and they called the police. so the room being in my name i called and told them not to let anyone in the room because my stuff was in there so i go to the room not only did they let her in the room she took my stuff close to a thousand dollars worth of stuff was taken and the room was trashed all because they let her back in the room and she wasn't suppose to be there they were so rude. read more

This hotel is amazing! The rates are extremely reasonable and the location can't be beat! It's only a block and a half from Michigan Avenue! This is the only place we stay when we're in Bellflower. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is pretty decent, but the breakfast room is kind of small. I recommend bringing the food back to your room. I highly recommend staying here. It's great. read more

this place is great only because i needed a place away from my parents and so did my fiancee the man at the front desk was so nice , and i found out that some people dont really bother with staying the night. it was a bit of a pickle to get the shower knob going . but it was affordable and i know everything is ancient the bed cover needs to be modernized but beggers cant be choosers, i loved everything about this place only because i didnt have to deal with my parents one more night at there house it was a place that could shelter us for the light shower but it was amazing being with my fiancee im so in love with him he is the best man ever! , you see when your in love you do everything for that person we didnt make love it was just away to be around eachother and so as in ending to this place , we got to our room and we noticed the beds were made , the t.v had few channels and the wifi here is excellent and you get one two packets of shampoos and two soaps but you would only need one for each person you get drawers and a fridge to store your stuff like food read more
