The work was good, no question about that. However, because I asked for an estimate for replacing the HWH, he charged me for that time as well. Since when do you pay for an estimate while there doing another job? My total bill for fixing the faucet that day came to $577. It took him 30 mins to repair the faucet. Then he had to return a few days later to repair another part of the same faucet (which I thought should have been no charge), but cost me another $120. I feel I was really taken to the cleaners with this company. I would NEVER have them back.

I had the bright idea of working on a shower valve after midnight, and ended up breaking water…read morelines and had water all over. I had shut off the main water valve, but that valve was still letting water into the house. By this time it was after 12:30 AM and I was in a complete panic. I called Schepers Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. He assured me he would take care of the problem, and he arrived at my home very quickly. Within minutes he had the leaking water lines capped and helped me with a plan to dry up the water. Schepers sent someone to my home that afternoon to finish installing a new shower valve, and also replaced the water main valves. Everyone was friendly, worked fast, and cleaned up so well one would never know they were here. I have hired Schepers before for our underground sprinkling system, but I had no idea they offered full plumbing service. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs. I have also promised my wife that I will never attempt home repairs so late at night again. Thank goodness Schepers offers 24-hour emergency plumbing service. I will be highly recommending them to all of my family, friends, and neighbors.

He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there!
