Long story short, she forced me to get insurance that I did not need. Stated that I would not be able to take the rental off the lot without it. Long story very short, all that talk was total bs and every other agent that worked there and other enterprises said what she did was wrong. I'm not sure if she personally pockets money if she can sell bs insurance but why force someone to get something they don't need. Anyways, when I found out that I could get my money refunded, she made it a person mission to ensure that didn't happen. It got to the point when I had to talk to the area manager. After about 2 weeks I finally got my money back. If I didn't have drive and was ridiculously persistent I would have never seen my money. If you have to work with Danielle, God forbid, have your recorder ready so you can document how she talks to people. Better yet, just go to the New Carrollton location instead.
