Upon arriving 30 minutes early for my reservation, the manager on duty became visibly irritated. He was unprofessional and confrontational throughout the rental process. I observed him informing another customer--a Caucasian military member--that he could not rent a vehicle without providing two phone numbers, a requirement I have never seen listed in Enterprise's official policies. After significant difficulty, including my husband needing to intervene on my behalf, I eventually received the basic economy vehicle I had reserved--well after my original pickup time. The manager's demeanor was consistently rude and dismissive. When I returned the vehicle two days early and politely asked for an approximate timeline on when any toll charges might post, he instructed a staff member to tell me he had "no idea" and that I should call the 800-number. His employee appeared visibly embarrassed by the interaction. I remained courteous and professional at all times. This experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise. I hope management will investigate this location and the conduct of the manager involved.

Considering the gasket itself costs around $30, the final bill felt extremely overpriced, especially since I was never given a clear breakdown that justified the cost. What concerns me even more is that I was told this repair was related to fixing my ABS sensor problem. After scanning the vehicle, I don't understand how an oil filter housing gasket would reasonably be diagnosed as the cause of an ABS warning issue. The repair did not fix the ABS problem at all. I was upfront that my main request was to have the work completed within 24 hours. I was informed there would be a $100 rush fee, which I accepted. However, I'm still left wondering where the remaining $620 in charges came from and why the pricing was so high for the work performed. I understand that labor and diagnostics cost money, but customers deserve transparent explanations, accurate diagnoses, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this shop ask for a detailed estimate and explanation of the diagnosis before approving repairs.

Talked to the dealer through email about a Honda Odyssey. The dealer was quite far away from me, so I asked them if they could take a good run through of the van and send me any photos of any dings, dents, scratches, ***misaligned body panels***, etc... He told me the van was in ****Excellent Condition**** and the only damange there was, was just a scratch on the front left fender. Drove my 8 month pregnant wife and sister to come with me to purchase it because he said it was in excellent condition. Arrive bright and early just as I told them I would and of course the car was not ready and waiting. He brought the car and the tire pressure sensor was on, there was no window washer fluid, the gas light was on, and it was dirty. That wasn't the worst part. The car's rear bumper wasn't aligned, the front bumper and fender wasn't aligned, scratches EVERYWHERE, and there was no clear coat on the left rear quarter panel! I expected the van to have been a accident, but I did expect it to be fixed properly. The van had obviously been through hell and half assed back to life. The salesman David (doubt it was his name) said that all the odyssey's bumpers stuck out like that and that we were getting a great deal. He said my expectation were way too high for a used van. I explained to him that he listed the van in excellent condition and it was actually in fair to poor condition. Mechanically, I would say the van felt and sounded fine, but then again, if there was anything wrong with the engine or transmission, it was still under factory warranty. This dealer is total trash. I wished I googled the address rather then the new name. When you do a search for their new name, it won't come up with anything. I'm going to figure a way to make sure this crap hole reviews can be found when doing a search for it's new name PATRIOT AUTO DEALS.

My fiancé found this car online and it was priced much lower than most car dealership prices. We checked the Carfax and the sales rep explained the history on the phone. Because of the detailed nature of the servicing of these cars we asked a lot of questions, but the sales rep Jason was very patient and understanding. When we went on to visit they treated us with respect and allowed us all the time we needed. They were very relaxed and stayed out of our way unless we had questions, it was like they were allowing us to be in control rather than pressuring us.
