I called Penske to make a reservation for a tractor. We have rented from there before and never…read morehad any issues. The reservation was booked and told to pick up the truck the next morning. I got a call and was told that my truck was given to someone else and that they are working on finding me another truck. I waited several hours and never heard from Penske so I called them back. The gentleman that I talked with told me they were still working on getting me a truck. He also told me that he would call me back the same day and give me an update. Three days later I still have not heard anything. I called them to see what was going on and the same guy that was helping before answered the phone. He again tells me that they still do not have a truck for me. No explanation as to why they have not called me back or even found a truck for my company to use. I guess I will take my business else where. Thanks for nothing.

The repair truck was there as scheduled and checked fluids, tires etc. great service even on Sunday. I made it home to Florida and had a few complaints about the truck at the time of turn in. The gentleman took notes and obviously cared about customer satisfaction ! I was pleased with the truck and service.

I had to drive much slower then I should have due to the shaking and uncontrollable pulling to the side. There were ants all over inside the driving area they were crawling all over the cup compartment and dashboard. Now there is a charge on the credit card used to rent it with no email explaining any of it. I expected much more from a company I thought was reliable and I could trust.

They supposedly have a…read moreprice guarantee that says if you find the same size & quality from cheaper they will give you $20 of boxes. But when you try to get that $20, they then change the terms and say they have to be the exact same dimensions and you also have to go purchase the other boxes and bring the boxes and receipt to them. They will do anything to NOT HONOR their guarantee! over $20 worth of boxes. If this is how the move is starting with U-Haul, not sure if I want to get the rest of our boxes & truck from them. The employees in the store did not even know the guarantee was written on the box when they have 1000 boxes in the store.

I told them whenever I was picking up my truck that they did not fix the issue and I told him exactly what was gonna happen and thank goodness I was close to a 24 hour Kenworth they had the part that I told him needed to be fixed, and I had it changed within an hour on the side of the road in the dark with no mechanical background! Change when there for a def pump replacement ending up, leaving there paying for a speed sensor and a def filter that I told him I have six of them in my trunk
