Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I am BEYOND happy with the job he's done. I understand hiccups happens, but how its handled matters and they do not disappoint. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

They booked me for my appointment as soon as we discussed what was wanted and pricing. On the day of, they walked around my car showing me possible future issues, as well as unseen alignment issues I didn't know about. Gave me great recommendations, and finalized pricing. They offer so many services that I didn't know about they not only offer window time, but detail, car wash, ceramic coatings, and after market options/modifications. I had them do the window tins, and a center console swivel mount for the screen. It all looks fantastic and works without any issues. They offer warranty on the tint, as well as registering you for your warranty for you which I thought was a great touch. They went well above my expectations and the car looks great. I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. Who new the have clear for the windshield. there is a lifetime warrantee. They were right up front about everything. The job was done quickly and very well. I couldn't be happier and am glad I went here. Yes, I would recommend OC Tint Solutions to anyone wanting to tint their windows. It's been a few weeks now and my car feels cooler. I had two of my cars with llumar, and most recently with Xpel as that's what his shop uses now. They have samples for different % in display for you. I haven't had any issues with the tint jobs ( yet ), and the other cars have had it on for a few years now. Xpel is the newer one, but hoping it'll hold up just the same. I will continue coming to SGT for all my tint needs :)
