The prices are fair, the staff is amazingly helpful, kind, respectful, and most importantly have common sense. I purchased a Da Vinci IQ here last week. Great product. But I had a charging issue and thought I had a faulty product. I went back to the store, the woman behind the counter was kind and helped me troubleshoot the vape. Turned out the battery I received with the vape was defective so they just gave me a replacement free of charge. That just doesn't happen in most stores for any reason. Outstanding service and quality advice about all of their products. I ended up purchasing a few more items since I was there and I plan to go to only Blue Moon for all my future purchases. She confused and manipulated me into buying something I did not want and then I was told she does not know how to do a refund (meanwhile she is there all by herself constantly.....) & when i kept insisting that i did not want the second piece, SHE kept insisting that I would be "okay" and that I could "make use of the piece...." Again, to be clear, I did not want 2 pieces, I didn't want to spend that much money in the first place. The manager is there very limited hours, making it so difficult for me to return the unwanted piece that I've cut my losses and will not be going back to this smoke shop.
