When I asked why they didn't call at 2:00, was told "at 2:00 they were on time".......... They were just leaving a job and this professional stated they would be on their way. I provided pictures of the door both before it was broken, and after it was broken from my tenant. They sent someone out to "fix" the door but when they realized they couldn't do it they said it wasn't them who broke it in the first place and left. Somehow, they sent a crew to fix it and then realized they could not and in that time they decided it was no longer them who broke it. The kind woman working on the phones actually said to never use their service again and hung up! She claims she was being "cussed at" and I reminded her it was a recorded line to play it back if she felt that was true... There are plenty of carpet cleaning services in Jacksonville, I would highly recommend someone else. And the phone operator is more than happy to tell you to use someone else's services as well!

He then returned when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He removed the old insulation on the AC ducts and put new insulation and sealed the areas. He did a great job.
