Don't get the Zellige tile. Just don't. The supplier Buena tile has is unreliable and packaged our order in flimsy boxes that were lightly stuffed with crumpled paper. Over half of the order arrived broken. The installers were careful and took their skilled time piecing bits together to make the pattern work, but it added days to the install. And there was still not enough left even though we had ordered the recommended amount as buffer - because too much was broken!!!! There was a lot of back and forth, and the owner offered to "express" order the replacement tile, and pay for the install, which is great and we appreciated it. But two months later, still no replacement tile!!! and a kitchen half finished!!! and we just found out our order never showed up!! *sigh* We love the ZELLIGE tile, and maybe you do too - just DON'T order it because it's nothing but heartbreak ( and tile break!) read more

Great selection, great people and great prices! We stopped by Buena Tile + Stone in search of a few different tile options for our kitchen and laundry room renovations. Walking in we were impressed by the beautiful showroom and the amazing selection. We also worried that we wouldn't be able to afford anything... We received a warm welcome and prompt service. Our quest to find oversized matte black subway tile was frustrating until we came here. They had exactly what we wanted in stock and at half the price of the cheapest option we had been found thus far. They gave us great recommendations for our laundry room, but suggested we wait until we were further in the design process and had selected our countertop. I really appreciate the low pressure environment, and we will absolutely be back for the rest of our tile needs. read more

So Buena Tile is notorious on Instagram for stealing photos of other tile jobs and taking credit for it. This may seem like no big deal to some - sure , it's just social media., but do you REALLY want a company like that doing work for you? I sure wouldn't. Until they rectify this and apologize, this review stands. Contrary to the owner's response: there have been multiple Instagram users who did their own beautiful tile jobs only to have Buena tile steal the photo and not give them credit. They commented on the stolen photos asking for credit, only to receive none. Buena tile 100% passed the image off as their own work. It's simple - knock it off! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Sure has a nice showroom but OMG what a disaster when it comes to getting your tile. I can not even go into all of it - trust me - poor follow through, poor communication, poor service and we were halfway through our project and told "oops no more tile". It is clear when you walk in that they cater to the county's top builders, architects and designers but as I soon discovered, were equally as willing to help me with my small DIY bathroom project. Cameron helped me pick out the best finishes for my bathroom while still staying within my tight budget and Dale advised me on the installation, they were both very accommodating and willing to answer all of my seemingly silly questions. read more

Extremely unhappy with their service. Unhappy with one of their employees and their commitment to their policy that they have listed on their website. We ordered a large amount of tile and at the end of the job had extra tile. Tried to return the tile (called a few times because they would not call me back) and according to their website under Policies - quoted below: Return Policy Buena Tile + Stone sells only first quality materials from the same lot. We therefore accept returns on stocked materials only with a 30% restocking fee. This policy covers unopened materials only and is limited to tile. Stone, fabrication and setting materials are not returnable. Special order returns are subject to the written policies of the manufacturer and require that return freight be prepaid. They indicated that they would not return it. All I can say is do your homework, they dont stick to what they have written down. There are many other establishments who want your business and will work with you to ensure you are a retur customer. I dont see that in Buena Tile's policies. read more

On 09/22 I ordered some metal border flashing for a tile job in my home. I brought my tile with me to the store and, because I know nothing about tile, I expected and trusted the staff to order me the right product for my tile. Once the project started it became clear that Buena Tile had ordered me the wrong sized product and that it clearly would not work for my job. The staff at Buena basically insinuated that I had agreed to order the wrong product and refused to refund me or acknowledge that the mistake was theirs, though even my tile guy assured me that they owned the screw-up. They did, however, offer to order me the right stuff at full price. This is not my idea of "customer service". Thanks for nuthin' Buena Tile. Or, thanks for charging me for the wrong product and refusing to take it back. Don't use these guys! read more

The sales staff are all young women. Short on experience and customer service, but long on attitude. The ones who have waited on me were either bored, snotty or clueless. If you're not a designer or contractor, seems they can't be bothered with you. read more

My tile guy placed an order at 5 pm. The next morning I realized the tile size we ordered was too large and immediately contacted the store to change to a smaller size. The owner of Buena obliged and did not mention anything about additional costs or refunds. I figured all was okay. A week later I went to pick up the tile, I figured the front desk would issue a refund or credit for future purchases since the modification of the order would of resulted in a lower cost. Except the owner denied there was a difference in price between the two sizes of tile, which is a lie because I was quoted different prices for different size tiles when I initially visited their store. The owner of Buena said because he had to re-write the purchase order it justified him keeping the difference in price between the two tile sizes "IF" there was a difference in price which he said did not exist anyway. Also, he said normally when there is a change in an order a customer has to pay a re-stocking fee on the tile originally ordered. So basically he was trying to justify why he should keep the difference in price, although he insisted there was no difference in price....... I understand re-stocking fees if the tile had been in his shop, but the order had not been placed or delivered to Buena yet! I told him I was going tell my friends about his customer service, or lack of, so he began to follow me around the store with a $20 bill while I was waiting for his employee to load my truck. It was pathetic, I felt sorry for him so I did not accept it. I cannot recommend this place, we have not installed the tile yet, but if I need extra I am going to do my best to find a similar match at the big box store because I will not go back to this place. read more
